Claims (26)

  1. Brosse comprenant un corps de brosse (2) muni, sur au moins une de ses surfaces, de trous (3) destinés à des faisceaux de fibres et dans lesquels sont logés des faisceaux de fibres (4), caractérisée en ce qu'on applique un produit d'étanchéification (7) entre et autour des fibres (5) des faisceaux (4), ce produit d'étanchéification (7) s'étendant au moins partiellement au sein des trous (3) à partir de la surface du corps (2).
  2. Brosse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'on applique le produit d'étanchéification (7) au sein des trous (3) destinés aux faisceaux de fibres, dans une large mesure.
  3. Brosse selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le produit d'étanchéification (7) remplit complètement les trous (3) destinés aux faisceaux de fibres.
  4. Brosse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'on applique le produit d'étanchéification jusqu'à une position située légèrement au-dessus du bord (8) des trous (3) destinés aux faisceaux de fibres.
  5. Brosse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'on applique le produit d'étanchéification (7) sous forme d'une couche (10), sur le côté-brosse (11) du corps de brosse (2).
  6. Brosse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle on fixe les faisceaux de fibres (4) au sein des trous (3) qui leur sont destinés, au moyen de dispositifs destinés à cet effet, tels que des plaques de retenue (6) ou des agrafes, caractérisée en ce que les dispositifs de fixation sont également entourés par le produit d'étanchéification (7).
  7. Brosse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le produit d'étanchéification (7) est constitué d'une matière, à savoir un liquide apte à se durcir à la température ambiante, cette matière ayant une tension superficielle relativement petite à l'état liquide.
  8. Brosse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le produit d'étanchéification (7) est un adhésif,
  9. Brosse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le produit d'étanchéification (7) est une résine.
  10. Brosse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le produit d'étanchéification (7) est une silicone.
  11. Procédé destiné à la fabrication de brosses selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste d'abord à pratiquer des trous (3) destinés aux faisceaux de fibres, au sein des corps de brosses (2) et ensuite, à appliquer un produit liquide d'étanchéification (7) au sein des trous (3) destinés aux faisceaux de fibres et enfin, à remplir les trous (3) destinés aux faisceaux avec des fibres (4), tout en utilisant ou en n'utilisant pas des dispositifs de fixation.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'on applique le produit d'étanchéification (7), successivement, dans chacun des trous (3) destinés aux faisceaux de fibres de chaque corps de brosse (2).
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'on remplit simultanément tous les trous (3) destinés aux faisceaux de fibres avec un produit d'étanchéification (7), destinés à chaque corps de brosse (2).
  14. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 13, dans lequel on utilise des corps de brosses déjà munis de trous (3) destinés aux faisceaux de fibres, caractérisé en ce qu'on applique le produit d'étanchéification (7) au sein des trous (3) destinés aux faisceaux de fibres, au cours du transport des corps de brosses à un support (13) qui leur est destiné, à la suite de quoi on met en service un dispositif de remplissage (15).
  15. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'on met en oeuvre l'application du produit d'étanchéification (7), ainsi que l'application des faisceaux de fibres (4), sur un support commun (13) de corps de brosses en forme de tambour.
  16. Procédé selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce qu'on procède à l'application du produit liquide d'étanchéification (7) au sein des trous (3) destinés aux faisceaux de fibres, conformément au même modèle et à la même vitesse que ceux utilisés lors de l'application des faisceaux de fibres (4) au sein des trous (3) qui leur sont destinés et dans lesquels est déjà présent le produit d'étanchéification (7).
  17. Procédé destiné à la fabrication de brosses selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste d'abord à pratiquer des trous (3) destinés aux faisceaux de fibres au sein d'un corps de brosse (2) ; ensuite, à remplir les corps de brosses (2) avec les faisceaux de fibres (4); à appliquer par après un produit liquide d'étanchéification sur et entre les fibres (5) à l'endroit où se situe le bord (8) des trous (3) destinés aux faisceaux de fibres ; et enfin, à durcir le produit d'étanchéification (7).
  18. Procédé selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce qu'on applique le produit d'étanchéification (7) au moyen d'éléments de dosage en forme d'aiguilles.
  19. Procédé selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce qu'on applique le produit d'étanchéification (7) par l'intermédiaire d'une technique d'immersion.
  20. Machine de fabrication de brosses utilisée pour le procédé selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un support de corps de brosses (13), un dispositif d'acheminement (16) destiné à acheminer les corps de brosses (2), un système de chargement (12) destiné à déplacer les corps de brosses (2) depuis le dispositif d'acheminement jusqu'au support (13) de corps de brosses, un dispositif (15) pour le remplissage à l'aide de fibres, qui est monté le long du support de corps de brosses (13), ainsi que des moyens destinés à introduire le produit d'étanchéification (7) au sein des trous (3) destinés aux faisceaux de fibres, sur le dispositif d'acheminement (16), ces moyens étant constitués par un réservoir (17) que l'on peut remplir avec le produit d'étanchéification (7), un tuyau d'alimentation ou un tuyau flexible (18), ainsi qu'un mécanisme de dosage (19).
  21. Machine de fabrication de brosses, destinée à mettre en oeuvre le procédé selon la revendication 15, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un support de corps de brosse (13) en forme de tambour, un dispositif d'acheminement (16) destiné aux corps de brosses (2), un dispositif de remplissage (15) à l'aide de fibres, un mécanisme de dosage (19) destiné à appliquer le produit d'étanchéification (7), le dispositif (15) de remplissage à l'aide de fibres, ainsi que le mécanisme de dosage (20), étant montés le long du support de brosse (13) en forme de tambour.
  22. Machine de fabrication de brosses selon la revendication 20 ou 21, caractérisée en ce que le mécanisme de dosage (19) comprend plusieurs éléments de dosage (20) qui correspondent, en ce qui concerne leur nombre, ainsi que leur modèle de distribution, au nombre et au modèle des trous (3) destinés aux faisceaux de fibres et pratiqués dans les corps de brosses (2).
  23. Machine de fabrication de brosses selon la revendication 20 ou 21, caractérisée en ce que le mécanisme de dosage (19) comprend un élément de dosage (20) qui se déplace au moyen d'un mécanisme de commande, par rapport aux différents trous (3) destinés aux faisceaux de fibres et pratiqués dans les corps de brosses (2).
  24. Machine de fabrication de brosses, destinée à mettre en oeuvre le procédé selon la revendication 17, comprenant un dispositif de remplissage à l'aide de fibres, destiné à remplir les corps de brosses (2) avec des faisceaux de fibres (4), caractérisée en ce que la machine de fabrication de brosses est équipée, après le dispositif (15) de remplissage à l'aide de fibres, d'un mécanisme de dosage, afin d'appliquer une quantité déterminée de produit d'étanchéification (7) au sein du trou destiné à chaque faisceau de fibre (4).
  25. Machine de fabrication de brosses selon la revendication 24, caractérisée en ce que le mécanisme de dosage est constitué d'au moins un élément de dosage en forme d'aiguille, qui se déplace entre les faisceaux de fibres (4) en direction des trous qui leur sont destinés.
  26. Machine de fabrication de brosses, destinée à mettre en oeuvre le procédé selon la revendication 19, caractérisée en ce qu'on prévoit un dispositif d'immersion après le dispositif de remplissage à l'aide de fibres, et dans laquelle on plonge partiellement les brosses (1) au sein du produit d'étanchéification (7).
