Ein Verfahren zur Steuerung des Schleudervorganges bei einer Waschmaschine ist aus der DE-A-34 16 639 bekannt. Diese Waschmaschine hat eine Programmsteuereinheit (Microcomputer) mit einem Speicher, in dem das Schleuderverfahren beeinflussende Daten, wie die Wäschemenge, die Versorgungspannung und ein vorher ermittelter Unwuchtgrößengrenzwert abgelegt sind. Am Beginn des Schleudervorganges werden nun der Programmsteuereinheit verschiedene Meßwerte, wie z.B. das Drehzahloder Stromaufnahmeverhalten des Antriebsmotors und der augenblickliche Wert der Versorgungsspannung zugeführt. Diese Meßwerte werden dann mit den im Speicher abgelegten Daten verglichen und ausgewertet. Das Ergebnis dieser Auswertung bestimmt dann den weiteren Verlauf des Schleuderverfahrens. Bei diesem Verfahren wird aber nicht die jeweilige Wäscheart des Schleudergutes berücksichtigt, deren Saugfähigkeit aber einen erheblichen Einfluß auf die symmetrische Grundlast in der Wasch- u. Schleudertrommel hat, so daß dieses Verfahren noch nicht als optimal anzusehen ist.A method for controlling the spinning process in a washing machine is known from DE-A-34 16 639. Wird eine Unwucht größer als der eingegebene Unwuchtgrößengrenzwert fellgestellt, so wird über eine Drehzahlregeleinrichtung der Antriebsmotor derart angesteuert, daß das Wasch- bzw. Schleudergut sich neu verteilen kann. Führt dies nach mehrmaligem Versuch nicht zum Erfolg, so wird auf eine niedere Drehzahl heruntergefahren. Ein Nachteil beim bekannten Verfahren besteht jedoch darin, daß die Unwuchterfassung nur sehr ungenau erfolgt und nicht bei allen möglichen Betriebsbedingungen einen optimalen Schleuderablauf gewährleistet.Furthermore, a method for controlling the spin program in a washing machine is known from DE-A-26 20 464, in which an unbalance measurement is carried out, which then determines the further course of the spin program. Die gestellte Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß während der Schleudergutverteilungsphase die Istwertschwankungen der Antriebsmotordrehzahl ermittelt werden, und daß auf Grund der der Programmsteuereinheit eingegebenen Parameter, wie Wäscheart und Waschgutmenge oder auf Grund des gemessenen Waschgutmengenistwertes und eingegebenen Wäscheart der der Programmsteuereinheit eingegebene Unwuchtgrößengrenzwert korrigiert wird. Die Istwertschwankungen der Drehzahl des Antriebsmotors für die Wasch- und Schleudertrommel, die während der Verteilungsphase des Schleudergutes ermittelt werden, stellen damit das Maß bzw. die Unwuchtgröße für die Schleudergutverteilung dar. Die Istwertschwankungen der Drehzahl sind bei gleicher Einzelunwucht um so kleiner, je größer die symetrische Grundlast und Schleuderdrehzahl in der Wasch- und Schleudertrommel ist. Diese symetrische Grundlast ist wiederum abhängig von der Saugfähigkeit und/oder der Menge des Wasch- bzw. Schleudergutes, so daß die mit Hilfe der festgestellten Istwertschwankungen ermittelte Unwuchtgröße mit einem Wäscheart- und Wäschemengenkorrekturfaktor, der größer als 1 ist, korrigiert werden kann. Method for correcting the admissible out-of-balance degree of a programme-controlled washing machine comprising a motor-driven washing and spinning drum, in which the quantity of articles to be washed and an admissible out-of-balance degree for the articles to be spun are given as parameters in the programme control unit and the actual fluctuations of the drive motor speed are determined during the phase in which the articles to be spun are distributed over the drum and are compared with the given parameters and then the admissible out-of-balance degree is corrected, characterised in that the actual fluctuations of the washing and spinning drum drive during the phase in which the articles to be spun are distributed over the drum represent the magnitude or the out-of-balance degree of the distribution of the articles to be spun and that the out-of-balance degree determined in this manner is corrected by a factor of correction for the nature and quantity of the articles to be washed greater than 1 set or measured by the user.
