Abstract

A drive unit is for washing machines or similar appliances and its several features include a three-phase asynchronous motor with a number of slots in excess of two slots per pole and phase. The rotor slot number is bigger than the stator slot number of the motor. The sheets of the sheet parcel (stator) are welded together at the back and not incorporated into a housing. The motor coil can be converted to different voltages and a heat monitor is installed inside the motor coil. Claims (1)

Antriebseinheit für eine Wäschebehandlungsmaschine, gekenn­ zeichnet durch die Kombination folgender mechanischer und elektrischer Konstruktionsmerkmale derart,
  • a) daß ein Dreiphasen-Asynchronmotor verwendet wird mit einer Nutenzahl von mehr als zwei Nuten pro Pol und Phase,
  • b) daß der Motor eine Rotornutenzahl enthält, die größer als die Ständernutenzahl ist,
  • c) daß die Bleche des Blechpaketes (Stator) im Rücken zu­ sammengeschweißt sind und in keine Ummantelung (Gehäuse) eingebaut sind,
  • d) daß der Motor eine gesehnte Halblochwicklung besitzt,
  • e) daß die Wicklung des Motors für verschiedene Spannungen umschaltbar ist,
  • f) daß innerhalb der Motorwicklung ein Wärmewächter ein­ gebaut ist, ferner
  • g) daß der Energiebezug des Motors über einen Frequenzum­ richter erfolgt, dessen Ausgangsfrequenz entsprechend der Antriebsaufgabe unterhalb oder oberhalb der Netz­ frequenz liegt,
  • h) daß die Umschaltung der Drehrichtung durch Umsteuern des Frequenzumrichterausganges erfolgt,
  • i) daß der Frequenzumrichter für verschiedene Beschleu­ nigungen bzw. Verzögerungen unterschiedlich programmiert wird,
  • j) daß die Abbremsung der Maschine unter Zuhilfenahme des Frequenzumrichters erfolgt,
  • k) daß der Antrieb teilweise im Feldschwächebetrieb arbeitet,
  • l) daß mit dem Programm für den Arbeitsablauf, bzw. der Ein- oder Umschaltung, auch die Umschaltung der Programmierung für den Frequenzumrichter erfolgt, ferner
  • m) daß ein Unwuchtsensor, in Verbindung mit einer Drehzahl die zwischen den Arbeitsbereichen liegt, die Vorgaben für den Frequenzumrichter verändert,
  • n) daß ein Netzfilter mit Doppelwirkung, das heißt, eine Bedämpfung der Störungen vom Netz zum Motor und in Gegenrichtung vom Motor zum Netz hin, eingebaut ist.
