Claims (9)
- Düse (11) für eine Frischlanze (1), insbesondere Düse für die Zufuhr von Nachverbrennungssauerstoff in den Raum oberhalb dem der Frischbehandlung unterzogenen metallischen Bad, wobei die Düse (11) sich in der Verlängerung einer Zufuhrleitung (5) für das Gas befindet und mit einem Ventil (8) für die Regelung des Druckes ausgerüstet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen justierten Wandabschnitt aufweist entlang welchem das Gas geradlinig abfliesst und an eine vorzugsweise scharfe Kante (16) gelangt, welche einen Teil der Mündung (3) bildet, und dass sie einen gebogenen Wandabschnitt (7) besitzt welcher den im wesentlichen in der Verlängerung des besagten justierten Wandabschnittes liegenden verbleibenden Teil der Mündung (3) mit der Leitung (5) verbindet.
- Düse gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gekrümmte Wand (7) einen konvergierenden Abschnitt bildet.
- Düse gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gekrümmte Wand (7) oberhalb der Kante (16) einen konvergierenden Abschnitt bildet und unterhalb derselben einen divergierenden Abschnitt.
- Düse gemäss Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gekrümmte Wand (7) einen unmittelbar oberhalb der Kante (16) gelegenen Hals bildet.
- Düse gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Kante (16) geradlinig ist.
- Düse gemäss Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mündung (3) die Form eines flachen Rechteckes nachahmt, wobei eine der langen Seiten des Rechteckes die besagte Kante (16) darstellt.
- Düse gemäss Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rechteck eine Höhe in der Grössenordnung von einem cm hat.
- Düse gemäss Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die durch die besagte Kante (16) gehende Ebene senkrecht zu der Achse der Lanze (1) steht.
- Düse gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass der justierte Wandabschnitt von einem Teil der inneren Fläche des äusseren, im wesentlichen eine zylindrische Form aufweisenden Mantels (4) der Lanze (1) gebildet ist.
