  • an apparatus for manufacturing a multilayer board according to the method of claim 1, wherein headboxes are disposed on a fourdrinier wire for forming superposed pulp layers with two of the headboxes being provided to form two surface layers formed from low consistency stock and with two of the headboxes being intermediate headboxes for feeding intermediate high consistency stock layers between said two surface layers, wherein the two intermediate headboxes are such that the stock consistency supplied thereby is so high that, in a slice channel of the intermediate headboxes or after the stock has been discharged from each intermediate headbox slice, the forming pulp layers reach such a degree of felting that the fibres of the pulp cannot significantly move on the wire in relation to one another, and that dewatering of the high consistency layers takes place through the wire; and wherein a single wire is provided for the formation of the superposed layers, and a dandy roll is provided between the two intermediate high consistency headboxes to act to smooth the formed pulp layer between said headboxes.

Claims (5)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'une nappe de carton multicouches, dans laquelle des couches de pulpe superposées sont formées par des caisses de tête disposées sur une toile de fourdrinier avec deux caisses de tête intermédiaires fournissant des couches de matériau de consistance élevée qui sont amenées entre deux couches de surface formées par les caisses de tête fournissant des couches de matériau de faible consistance ; et dans lequel la consistance des couches de matériau de consistance élevée est si élevée que, dans une conduite à segments des caisses de tête intermédiaires ou quand le matériau a été déchargé de chaque tranche de caisse intermédiaire, les couches de pulpe en formation atteignent un tel degré de feutrage que les fibres de la pulpe ne peuvent pas se déplacer de façon significative sur la toile par rapport l'une à l'autre, et qu'une déshydratation des couches de consistance élevée se produit à travers la toile, dans lequel les couches de pulpe sont formées sur une seule toile et la couche de pulpe formée entre les deux caisses de tête intermédiaires de consistance élevée est lissée par un rouleau égoutteur.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la consistance du matériau est 2-4%.
  3. Procédé selon les revendications 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que le grammage de chacune des couches de pulpe est de 100-300 g/m².
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que les couches de pulpe de consistance élevée forment le coeur du carton multicouches.
  5. Dispositif pour fabriquer un carton multicouches selon le procédé de la revendication 1, dans lequel des caisses de tête (6,7,8,10) sont disposées sur une toile de fourdrinier (1) pour former des couches de pulpe superposées avec deux des caisses de tête (6, 10) qui sont prévues pour approvisionner deux couches de surface formées d'un matériau de faible consistance et avec deux des caisses de tête (7,8) qui sont des caisses de tête intermédiaires (7,8) pour amener des couches intermédiaires de matériau de consistance élevée entre lesdites deux couches de surface, dans lequel les deux caisses de tête intermédiaires (7,8) sont telles que la consistance du matériau fourni par elles est si élevée que, dans une conduite à segment des caisses de tête intermédiaires (7,8) ou après que le matériau a été déchargé de chacun des segments de caisses de têtes intermédiaires, les couches de pulpe en formation atteignent un tel degré de feutrage que les fibres de la pulpe ne peuvent pas de façon significative, se déplacer sur la toile (1) l'une par rapport à l'autre, et telles qu'une déshydratation des couches de consistance élevée se produit à travers la toile; et dans lequel une seule toile (1) est prévue comme support des couches superposées, et un rouleau égoutteur (9) est prévu entre les deux caisses de tête intermédiaires de consistance élevée (7,8) pour pouvoir lisser la couche de pulpe formée entre lesdites caisse de tête (7,8).
