Claims (9)

  1. Elektrisch isolierendes und feuerfestes klebendes Glimmerband, insbesondere für elektrische oder Lichtleitfaserkabel, mit:
    a) einer ersten Schicht aus Glimmerpapierfolie, wobei diese Schicht eine erste und eine zweite Seite aufweist,
    b) einer Verstärkungsfolie auf der ersten Seite der ersten Schicht,
    c) einem Bindemittel, das die Verstärkungsfolie an der ersten Seite der ersten Schicht befestigt, wobei das Bindemittel ein Polysiloxanharz mit Zusatz eines Härtungskatalysators aufweist, und
    d) einer Flebeschicht, die mit der zweiten Seite der ersten Schicht verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebeschicht einen druckempfindlichen Flebeüberzug aufweist, der aus einem härtbaren Polysloxan ohne Härtungskatalysator besteht und seine Klebekraft über eine sehr lange Zeitdauer behält.
  2. Glimmerband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Polysiloxanharz ein Methylpolysiloxanharz ist.
  3. Glimmerband nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungsfolie ein Glasgewebe mit einer Flächenmasse von 15 bis 90 g/m² ist.
  4. Glimmerband nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungsfolie eine Kette aus 5 bis 12 Litzen je cm² mit der Feinheitsnummer E.G. 5-5,5 bis E.G. 9-68 ist.
  5. Band nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungsfolie aus einem Film, einem Gewebe oder einem Filz aus einem synthetischen Polymer besteht.
  6. Band nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das synthetische Polymer ein Polyester, ein Polyimid, ein Polyamid oder ein Polykarbonat ist.
  7. Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Glimmerpapierfolie aus Muskovit oder aus Phlogopit besteht, vorzugsweise mit einer Flächenmasse von 45 g/m² bis 200 g/m².
  8. Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Glimmerpapierfolie an ihren beiden Seiten mit Hilfe des Bindemittels an einer Verstärkungsfolie befestigt ist, wobei nur eine einzige der beiden Folien auf ihrer der Glimmerpapierfolie entgegengesetzten Seite mit dem druckempfindlichen Klebeüberzug versehen ist.
  9. Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebeschicht ein Glasgewebe mit einer Flächenmasse von 15 bis 90 g/m² ist, wobei eine Kette von 5 bis 12 Litzen je cm² aus Glasfäden der Feinheitsnummer E.G. 5-5,5 bis E.G. 9-68 aufweist, oder daß die Klebeschicht ein Film, ein Gewebe oder ein Filz aus einem synthetischen Polymer ist, die auf ihrer der Glimmerpapierfolie entgegengesetzten Seite mit dem druckempfindlichen Klebeüberzug und auf ihrer zur Glimmerpapierfolie gerichteten Seite mit dem Verfestigungsbindemittel beschichtet ist.
