Abstract
Das Verfahren zum Herstellen von hochwertigem Stahl,
im Rabmen eines Sauerstoff-Aufblasprozesses, ist gekennz
eichnet durch die folgenden Schritte:
(1) eine Entkohlung durch Aufblasen von Sauerstoff bis unterhalb 0,1%°C;
(2) eine Behandlung der Schmelze mit Kohlenstoff, wobei man zerkleinerte Kohle mit möglichst grosser Ge schwindigkeit in das Bad einführt, so dass Schmelze und Schlacke in Wallung geraten, bis der Sauerstoffgehalt der Schmelze etwa 250-400 ppm O oder weniger und der Kohlen stoffgehalt etwa 0.04-0.07 % C oder mehr beträgt;
(3) eine auf die Lage der Temperatur des Produktes % C x % 0 und des angestrebten C-Gehaltes ausgerichtete gezielte Aufkohlung der Schmelze, so dass eine möglichst sauerstoff reie und dem anvisierten Kohlenstoffgehalt angenäherte Schmelze für die Fertigbehandlung in der Pfanne anfällt.
(1) eine Entkohlung durch Aufblasen von Sauerstoff bis unterhalb 0,1%°C;
(2) eine Behandlung der Schmelze mit Kohlenstoff, wobei man zerkleinerte Kohle mit möglichst grosser Ge schwindigkeit in das Bad einführt, so dass Schmelze und Schlacke in Wallung geraten, bis der Sauerstoffgehalt der Schmelze etwa 250-400 ppm O oder weniger und der Kohlen stoffgehalt etwa 0.04-0.07 % C oder mehr beträgt;
(3) eine auf die Lage der Temperatur des Produktes % C x % 0 und des angestrebten C-Gehaltes ausgerichtete gezielte Aufkohlung der Schmelze, so dass eine möglichst sauerstoff reie und dem anvisierten Kohlenstoffgehalt angenäherte Schmelze für die Fertigbehandlung in der Pfanne anfällt.
