Abstract
Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Initiatorklemmenblock mit mindestens zwei dreistöckigen Klemmen, zur versorgungstechnischen und steuertechnischen Verknüpfung von einem Initiator oder mehreren Initiatoren mit einer Versorgungsspannungsquelle und mit einem Signalempfänger bzw. mit mehreren Signalempfängern. Bei der bislang üblichen Ausgestaltung derartiger Initiatorklemmenblocks werden jeweils in einer einzelnen Klemme eines derartigen Blockes für jeweils einen Initiator alle dessen schalttechnischen Verknüpfungen derart vorgenommen, daß der betroffene Initiator über seine Klemme jeweils mit einer entsprechenden Anzahl von Vorsorgungsleitungen direkt mit der Spannungsquelle verbunden wird und er ferner mittels dieser Klemme durch Steuerleitungen mit dem ihm zugeordneten Signalempfänger verbunden wird. Es ergibt sich hierdurch pro Klemme das Erfordernis einer großen Anzahl von Anschlußstellen für die zahlreichen Versorgungs- und Steuerleiter, so daß auch bei Verwendung von dreistöckigen Klemmen diese Klemmen außerordentlich lang werden, da sowohl auf der Vorderseite wie auf der Rückseite jeweils drei Anschlußstellen benötigt werden, wobei diese Anschlußstellen etagenweise durch Stromschienen oder dergleichen elektrisch leitend miteinander zu verbinden sind. Das Herstellen der Anschlüsse erfordert viel Aufmerksamkeit, da auf beiden Klemmenseiten sowohl Versorgungsleiter wie auch Schaltungsleiter angeschlossen werden müssen.The present invention relates to an initiator terminal block with at least two three-storey terminals, for the supply-related and control-related connection of one initiator or several initiators with a supply voltage source and with a signal receiver or with several signal receivers. Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung besteht darin, daß jeweils die beiden unteren Etagen der Klemmen des Klemmenblockes nur eine Anschlußstelle haben, der jeweils ein Querverbinderanschluß zugeordnet ist, während jeweils die oberste Etage der Klemmen zwei Anschußstellen aufweist, wobei nur eine Klemme des Klemmenblockes mit ihren beiden unteren Etagen an die Versorgungsspannungsquelle angeschlossen ist und die Versorgungsspannung über die Querverbinder auf die unteren Etagen der anderen Klemme bzw. Dank dieser Ausgestaltung kommen in den beiden unteren Etagen der einzelnen Klemmen des Klemmenblockes die rückwärtigen Anschlüsse völlig in Fortfall, so daß die einzelnen Klemmen und damit der daraus zusammengesetzte Klemmenblock wesentlich kürzer baut. Die geringfügige Erhöhung der Anreihbreite eines darartigen Blockes dadurch, daß die ausschließlich für den Anschluß der Spannungsquelle vorgesehene Klemme, bezogen auf die Verknüpfung der Initiatoren, als zusätzliche Klemme anzusehen ist, fällt demgegenüber nicht ins Gewicht. Trotz der erheblichen Verkürzung der Klemmen des Klemmenblockes steht, da in den unteren Etagen der einzelnen Klemmen nur vorderseitig jeweils eine Anschlußstelle vorgesehen ist, in den Klemmen trotzdem ein großer Innenraum für die Unterbringung von Schaltungselementen zur Verfügung. Ein derartiger Klemmenblock bietet auch eine gute und sehr einfache Anschlußmöglichkeit für die Leiter, da sich jetzt alle Versorgungsleitungen, sowohl die zur Spannungsquelle wie auch die zu den Initiatoren, als Hin- und Rückleitung nur auf einer Seite des Klemmenblockes befinden.Thanks to this configuration, the rear connections are completely eliminated in the two lower floors of the individual terminals of the terminal block, so that the individual terminals and thus the terminal block composed of them are built much shorter.
