Abstract

Bei einer Dekantierzentrifuge wird der Verfahrensraum von einem Druckgehäuse umschlossen, in dem in konzentri­ scher Anordnung eine Trommel und eine Schnecke gelagert sind, wobei die im Bereich der Lagerstellen gegebenen Ver­ bindungen zwischen Verfahrensraum und Atmosphäre mit Gleitringdichtungen versehen sind. Um das im Verfahrens­ raum zu verarbeitende Produkt gesteigerten Drücken und Temperaturen aussetzen zu können, wird vorgeschlagen, im Bereich der Lagerstellen zwischen der Trommel und der Schnecke jeweils eine doppelte Gleitringdichtung an­ zuordnen, die einen separaten Dichtungsraum einschließt, der innerhalb eines geschlossenen Kühl- und Schmiermi­ ttelkreislaufes gelegen ist und über einen in der Trommel gel­ egenen Verbindungskanal und eine erste Drehzuführung und über einen in der Schnecke angeordneten Verbindungskanal und eine zweite Drehzuführung an einen außerhalb des Druckgehäuses befindlichen Teil eines Kühlund Schmiermi­ ttelkreislaufes angeschlossen ist.
