Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren der im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 genannten Art zur kontinuierlichen Herstellung von Span-, Faser- und dergleichen -platten.The invention relates to a method of the type mentioned in the preamble of claim 1 for the continuous production of chipboard, fiber and the like.
Durch die DE-OS 2 710 000 ist ein Verfahren der betreffenden Art bekannt, bei dem im Umschlingungsbereich des Bandes zusätzliche Andrückwalzen vorgesehen sind. Diese sollen den Zweck haben, einen sehr hohen Druck zwecks Verbesserung des Verpreßvorganges zu erzeugen. Sie sind verhältnismäßig dicht hinter dem ersten Preßspalt angeordnet, so daß die Späne noch nicht ihre gewünschte Endtemperatur und damit Weichheit erreicht haben. Insofern ist die Aussage in dieser Schrift zutreffend, daß der durch diese Andrückwalzen erzeugte Druck sehr hoch ist. Außerdem sind zwei Walzen vorgesehen, so daß eine Druckerhöhung zweimal erfolgt. In diesem Zusammenhang wirkt sich günstig aus, daß der Durchmesser derartiger Druckwalzen deutlich kleiner gewählt werden kann als der Durchmesser der eingangsseitig vorgesehenen Druckwalze, weil das nachgiebige und auf die erforderliche Aushärtetemperatur des Bindemittels erhitzte Vlies an den Stellen, an denen diese Druckwalzen wirksam sein müssen, nunmehr wesentlich leichter verdichtbar ist als am Preßspaltbeginn.
