Claims (19)

1. Verfahren zum Vergüten von niedrigwertiger Kohle mit den folgenden Stufen:
(a) Vermischen von pulverisierter, niedrigwertiger Kohle mit einer Oberflächenbehandlungsmischung aus Wasser, einem polymerisierbaren Monomer, einem Katalysator und einem flüssigen organischen Träger; und
(b) Gewinnen der erhaltenen vergüteten Kohle, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der flüssige organische Träger ein von Kohle abgeleitetes ÖI ist.
2. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 1, bei dem die pulverisierte, niedrigwertige Kohle in einer wässrigen Aufschlämmung vorliegt.
3. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 1, bei dem die niedrigwertige Kohle ausgewählte ist aus neidrigwertiger, bituminöser, subbituminöser Kohle, Braunkohle und Torf.
4. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 1, bei dem das von Kohle abgeleitete Öl in einer Menge von 2 bis 3 Gew.%, bezogen auf das Gewicht der trokkenen unvergüteten Kohle verwendet wird.
5. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 1, bei dem das von Kohle abgeleitete Öl ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus rohem Kohleteer, Teersäuren, Teerbasen, Naphtha, Creosot, Pech und Mischungen daraus.
6. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 1, bei dem das polymerisierbare Monomer die allgemeine Formel

hat, worin R einen olefinisch ungesättigten, organischen Rest bedeutet und R' ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus Wasserstoff, einem salzbildenden Kation, einem gesättigten Kohlenwasserstoffrest und einem ethylenisch ungesättigten Kohlenwasserstoffrest, worin der gesättigte oder ungesättigte Kohlenwasserstoffrest unsubstituiert ist oder mit ein oder mehreren Gliedern, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus Halogen, der Carboxylsäuregruppe, Hydroxyl und Hydroxylgruppen, bei denen die Hydroxylwasserstoffatome durch gesättigte oder ungesättigte Acylgruppen oder eine Kombination von gesättigten und ungesättigten Acrylgruppen ersetzt sein kann, substituiert ist, und der Katalysator einen freiradikalischen Katalysator und einen freiradikalischen Initiator umfasst.
7. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 6, bei dem das polymerisierbare Monomer Maisöl ist.
8. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 6, bei dem das polymerisierbare Monomer Maisöl ist und der freie radikalische Katalysator Wasserstoffperoxid umfasst und der freie radikalische Initiator Kupfer(11)nitrat umfasst.
9. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 2, bei dem die pulverisierte Kohle-wässrige Aufschlämmung ein Wasserkonditioniermittel, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus einem Dispergiermittel, einem oberflächenaktiven Mittel, einem Befeuchtungsmittel und Mischungen daraus, enthält.
10. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 3, bei dem die niedrigwertige Kohle ausgewählt ist aus Braunkohle und subbituminöser Kohle.
11. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 9, bei dem das Wasserkonditioniermittel ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus Natriumcarbonat, Natriumpyrophosphat und Mischungen daraus.
12. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 1, bei dem die Oberflächenbehandlungsmischung weiterhin einen flüssigen organischen Träger umfasst.
13. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 12, bei dem der flüssige, organische Träger ein Heizöl ist.
14. Verfahren zum Vergüten von niedrigwertiger Kohle, wobei das Verfahren folgende Stufen umfasst:
(a) Vermischen einer wässrigen Aufschlämmung von pulverisierter, niedrigwertiger Kohle mit einer Oberflächenbehandlungsmischung aus einem polymerisierbaren Monomer, einem Katalysator und einem flüssigen organischen Träger, unter Erhalt einer Kohleschaum-Phase und einer wässrigen Phase;
(b) Entfernen der Kohleschaum-Phase von der wässrigen Phase und Vermischen der Kohleschaum-Phase mit einem wässrigen Medium unter Erhalt einer weiteren Kohleschaum-Phase; und
(c) Gewinnen des erhaltenen vergüteten Produktes aus der Kohleschaum-Phase, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der flüssige organische Träger ein von Kohle abgeleitetes Öl ist.
15. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 14, bei dem das wässrige Medium in Stufe (b) Wasser oder Wasser und ein Wasserkonditionieradditiv, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus einem Dispergiermittel, einem oberflächenaktiven Mittel, einem Befeuchtungsmittel und einer Mischung daraus, umfasst.
16. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 14, bei dem das wässrige Medium in der Stufe (b) Wasser und eine zusätzliche Menge eines von Kohle abgeleiteten Öls umfasst.
17. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 14, bei dem das polymerisierbare Monomer Maisöl ist.
18. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 14, bei dem die in Stufe (b) gebildete Kohleschaum-Phase mit wenigstens einem weiteren wässrigen Medium vermischt wird, bevor man die vergütete Kohle gewinnt.
19. Das vergütete Kohleprodukt, erhalten nach dem Verfahren gemäss den Ansprüchen 1, 2, 3, 4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17 oder 18.
