La présente invention concerne plus particulièrement un dispositif pour l'alimentation de dévidoirs en couronnes de fil métallique. Un tel dispositif d'alimentation doit présenter un certain nombre d'avantages et notamment pouvoir comporter un grand nombre de couronnes (par exemple un chargement suffisant pour une journée de travail), pouvoir en outre, en vue d'un éventuel travail en continu, être rechargé sans perturber l'alimentation du ou des dévidoirs en couronnes et éventuellement pouvoir présenter un certain automatisme.The present invention relates more particularly to a device for feeding wire reels in wire rings. - - un bâti dont la partie supérieure, formant berceau, est destinée à recevoir les couronnes de fil dont l'axe est sensiblement horizontal,
- - un chariot se déplaçant à l'intérieur et le long dudit bâti, et comportant lui-même un support à position haute et à position basse, lequel support peut se disposer sous la couronne lorsqu'il est en position basse et peut porter ladite couronne lorsqu'il est en position haute, ledit chariot et ledit support comportant des moyens mécaniques pour maintenir ledit support en position haute, et
- - des moyens assurant le déplacement programmé du chariot dans les deux directions le long dudit bâti.

Lorsqu'une couronne de fil disposée sur un dévidoir est terminée, son extrémité peut être soudée avec l'extrémité d'une autre couronne montée sur l'autre dévidoir. - - en 4 un bâti s'étendant longitudinalement devant le dévidoir (il y a un bâti par dévidoir proprement dit); ce bâti est constitué par un certain nombre de poteaux soutenant un berceau, lequel est constitué de deux parties métalliques planes 5 formant un dièdre sur lequel on dépose, à l'aide d'un pont roulant par exemple, les couronnes de fil 6 (ces couronnes ayant un axe horizontal ou sensiblement horizontal),
- - à la base du bâti, on a ménagé deux rails ou chemins de roulement servant de support au déplacement du
chariot 7 sur desgalets 8, - - ledit
chariot 7 comporte essentiellement unsupport 9 pouvant prendre une position haute et une position basse. Cesupport 9 est représenté en 10 en position basse et en 11 (traits interrompus en position haute). Ce support est constitué d'un bâti supporté par desgalets 12 qui assurent le déplacement dudit support de la position haute vers la position basse et vice-versa par roulement sur deux rails inclinés 13, ce bâti comporte deux plaques métalliques formant undièdre 14 sur lequel les couronnes de fils reposeront. Ledit dièdre est supporté par deuxbarres 15 parallèles suffisamment longues pour recevoir, éventuellement, d'autres dièdres supports par exemple s'il convient de manipuler des couronnes plus longues que celles actuellement utilisées.

butoir 16 vienne s'appuyer sur la partie terminale de ladite couronne, - - la moteur 18 fournit alors un effort suffisant pour, en tirant sur le chariot, provoquer la remontée, le long des rails du
support 9 jusqu'à ce que celui-ci arrive à sa position haute (où il porte la couronne de fil) où il se fixe mécaniquement grâce à sondispositif 17. Le moteur 18 ayant enregistré "effort résultant de la montée du support inversera alors son sens de rotation (après quelques secondes de temporisation) et le chariot, portant la couronne, se déplacera vers le dévidoir, - - lorsque le chariot arrive aux environs du dévidoir (position identique à la position de départ) il stoppe et ne reprend sa marche vers le dévidoir pour la mise en place de la couronne qu'après avoir reçu l'information selon laquelle ledit dévidoir est en place pour recevoir ladite couronne; lorsque la couronne est entièrement enfilée sur le dévidoir, un arrêt de fin de course provoque la remontée du dévidoir et, après temporisation, une inversion de la rotation du moteur et le retour du chariot à la position de départ.
