Description

   Le plus souvent,     ce     changement de nombre de     brins    est effectué, comme  le montrent les     figures.    1 et 2 du     dessin    schématique  annexé, à l'aide d'une poulie P qui peut occuper deux       positions    : l'une     (fig.    1) dans laquelle     cette        poulie    est  en appui sur le     moufle        principal    ; c'est le     cas    d'un     mou-          flage    à deux     brins    ;

Reeving device for lifting loads The present invention relates to a reeving device for lifting loads, in particular on tower cranes or other similar devices.

On these devices, the lifting of loads is generally carried out with a reeving with a variable number of legs, usually two or four, so as to allow users to vary the lifting force and the lifting speed.

   Most often, this change in the number of strands is carried out, as shown in the figures. 1 and 2 of the appended schematic drawing, using a pulley P which can occupy two positions: one (fig. 1) in which this pulley rests on the main block; this is the case with a two-strand molding;

and the other (fig. 2) in which this pulley is integral with the carriage C; this is the case with a four-strand molding.

The passage from one of these positions to the other is obtained by placing the carriage C at an appropriate location on the boom, by bringing the block into contact with the carriage C and by actuating the devices which cause the hooking or the release of the pulley P.

These devices are usually operated from the driver's cab of the device by means of a mechanical control; and when the crane is no longer driven from the cabin, but for example from the ground or the building using an electric remote control, the driver is obliged to go back into the cabin to make this change, which complicates maneuvering it and of course results in a significant waste of time.

The object of the invention is to remedy these drawbacks, by controlling the change of reeving with the aid of a device placed on the block which, using the remote control, can be brought close to an operator placed in position. any point.

Its object, for this purpose, is a molding device characterized in that the support of the upper pulleys is equipped with a transverse yoke, the two branches of which are articulated around two parallel longitudinal axes,

are subjected to an elastic action tending to close them and end in forming a flared entry, in that the main block is equipped with two parallel ramps articulated around a transverse axis and capable of occupying two positions to cooperate or not with the yoke and in that the auxiliary block carries a transverse pin <RTI

ID = "0001.0090"> able to take support in this yoke to multiply by two the number of strands of the reeving.

The accompanying schematic drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the device, object of the invention in the case of its application to a lifting device equipped with a distribution trolley and a reeving can be used in two and four sections - fig. 3 is a side elevational view of the trolley assembly and <RTI

ID = "0001.0112"> reeving in position. two-fall hauling system, - fig. 4, 5 and 6 are elevational front views of the yoke carried by the carriage, and of the mounts, respectively in two-fall working position, changing to four-fall working position, and changing to two-fall working position.

In fig. 3, 2 designates the dispensing carriage which, according to the invention, carries two parallel transverse axes 3 around which are articulated two levers 4 that a spring 5 maintains in abutment against stops 6. These levers 4 have two holes 7 facing each other one from the other and thus forming a yoke whose entry 8 is flared by folding the ends of the levers 4 in reverse direction from one another.

The main block 9 carries two parallel ramps 10 articulated around two transverse coaxial pivots 12. These ramps can occupy the two positions shown respectively in solid lines and in phantom lines in Figure 3. As for the auxiliary block 13, it carries at - above its pulley a transverse pin 14.

When the reeving is used in two strands, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the auxiliary block 13 rests on the main block 9, and the ramps 10 oc cup the position shown in solid lines.

To switch to four-fall hauling, the following simple operations are sufficient:

the muffle having been brought to the ground, the ramps 10 remain in the position shown in solid lines in FIG. 3, and after short-circuiting the upper limit switch from the control station, the driver controls the raising of the block to its highest position, resting under the carriage 2. Pin 14 looks like this between the two angled levers 4 which move apart compressing the spring 5 and then close again when the pin 14 comes in front of the holes 7.

The auxiliary block 13 is then hooked to the carriage 4, as shown in FIG. 5; and by lowering the main muffle 9 the four-strand muffle is produced.

When it comes to subsequently returning the mouldage to its two-fall position, the main block 9 is lowered to the ground, its ramps 10 are brought into the position shown in phantom in FIG. 3, and the muffle is mounted empty to carriage 2.

Under the action of the ramps 10 which, as shown in FIG. 6, engage between the auxiliary block 13 and the angled levers 4, the yoke formed by these levers opens thus freeing the auxiliary block 13 which takes its place on the main block 9. This block is then lowered to the ground. , and the ramps are returned to the normal position, that is to say to the position shown in solid lines in FIG. 3.
