Auf einer weiteren die beiden Seitengestelle miteinander verbindenden Traverse 5 ist ein Motor 6 aufgeschraubt, der zum Antrieb der Antriebsscheibe 7 dient, welche fest auf der Welle 8 aufgekeilt ist, die ihrer­seits an ihrem von dem Motor 6 entgernten Ende drehbar in der Traverse 3 gelagert ist. Schweißbacken 19 wie auch Klemmbalken 20 sind gleitend auf eine Zugstange 21 aufgesetzt und werden von Federn 22 und 23 in Ruhe­stellung, d.h. in angehobener Stellung, gegen den mit der Zug­stange 21 fest verbundenen Klemmring 24 gedrückt. Die Zugstange 21 selbst wird von einer maschinenfesten Führung 26 gehalten und ist über eine Lasche 25 gelenkig an einen Kipphebel 27 ange­lenkt. Die in der Fig. 1 dargestellte Lage der Maschine zeigt die Lage, in der gerade ein Abschnitt von einer Endlosbahn abgeschnitten wird, d.h. die Zugstange 21 ist abgesenkt, der Klemmbacken 20 drückt die Folie gegen die Trennbacke 18, der Schweißbalken 19 drückt gegen die Gegenbacke 17 und verschweißt die beiden Lagen eines Folienschlauches. Claims (4)

1. Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Beuteln aus einer doppel­lagigen Bahn aus thermoplastischem Material mit die Bahn intermittierend um jeweils eine Beutellänge zwischen Schweißbalken, von denen der obere mit einem diesen heben­den und absenkenden Antrieb versehen ist, vorschiebenden Vorzugswalzen und mit einem unterhalb der Bahn und paral­lel zu dem unteren Schweißbalken neben diesem geführten Trennmesser, das an einem endlosen über Rollen umlaufenden Zugmittel befestigt und in dessen Schneidbereich die Bahn durch den oberen Schweißbalken herabdrückbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zur Zuführung der Bahn die unmittelbar vor den Schweiß­balken (17, 19) angeordneten Vorzugswalzen (34, 35) in Ringnuten durchsetzende Reihen von kammartig angeordneten oberen und unteren Führungsstäben oder Blasluftröhrchen (36, 37) vorgesehen sind, die zwischen sich die Bahn zwischen die geöffneten Schweißbalken (17, 19) in einer oberhalb der Messerbahn liegenden Ebene hindurchführen, daß der untere Schweißbalken (17) gestellfest angeordnet ist und das ständig umlaufende Messer (16) die durch den unteren Schweißbalken (17) bestimmte Ebene der Bahn wäh­rend des Ausführens der Querschweißnaht durchsetzt und daß die untere Reihe der Führungsstäbe oder Blasluftröhrchen (37) in Richtung auf den unteren Schweißbalken (17) ver­schwenkende Einrichtungen vorgesehen sind, die gleich­zeitig mit dem Absenken des oberen Schweißbalkens (19) betätigt werden.
