Claims (3)

1. Zündverteilerrotor (2) für Brennkraftmaschine für Kraftfahrzeuge, insbesondere in der Ausführung mit magnetischer Auslösung, wobei der durch die Antriebswelle (3) des Verteilers angetriebene Rotor (2) aus einer Muffe (10) besteht, die um die Antriebswelle (3) rotieren kann und woran eine Scheibe (4) mit polaren Zähnen befestigt ist, die mit der entsprechenden Scheibe (5) eines Stators zusammenwirkt, wobei die Rotation im Verhältnis zum Verteilergehäuse verhindert wird, und aus einer Vorschubplatte (7), die mit der Stützplatte (6) verbunden ist, welche fest mit der Antriebswelle (3) des Verteilers zusammenhängt, die den Drehantrieb mittels eines Fliehkraftverstellers (8) bewirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bereiche oder Flächen (16a, 16f, 16g) der Muffe (10) des Rotors (2), (16d) der Einhakachsen der Federn (14) und (16e) des Nockenprofils der Vorschubplatte (7) in einer einzigen Überformungsoperation mit Kunststoff überzogen werden, weiche so vonstatten geht, daß dadurch die Scheibe (4) mit polaren Zähnen an der Muffe (10) im Verhältnis zur Vorschubplatte (7) fixiert und positioniert wird.
2. Rotor (2) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kunststoffüberformung aus zwei verschiedenen Materialien besteht, wobei das eine Material speziell für die Reib- und Gleitflächen (16a, 16f, 16g) der Muffe (10) des Rotors (2) und das andere für die Beschichtung (16d) der Einhakachsen der Federn (14) und das Nockenprofil (16e) der Vorschubplatte (7) ausgelegt ist.
3. Rotor (2) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheibe (4) mit polaren Zähnen zwischen den beiden entsprechenden Überlappungen (16b, 16h) der genannten Materialien eingeklemmt ist.
