Abstract

Bei einer Vorrichtung zum Zerschneiden eines Schaumk­ unststoffkörpers (1) ist ein Schneiddrahtsystem aus par­ allelen Schneiddrähten (2, 3) in zwei Schneiddrahtgruppen vorgesehen. Die Schneiddrähte (2, 3) dieser beiden Schneidd­ rahtgruppen sind in Längsrichtung von jeweils zwei Hal­ terungsstäben (4, 5 bzw. 4, 6) mit Abstand voneinander an­ geordnet und mit ihrem einen Ende über eine Schraubenfeder (7) am einen sowie mit ihrem anderen Ende über ein un­ dehnbares Anschlußteil (8) exzentrisch am anderen zugeord­ neten Halterungsstab (4 bzw. 5, 6) befestigt. Die beiden Schneiddrahtsätze sind mit Hilfe eines Oszillationsantriebes (9) gegenläufig hin- und herbewegbar, welcher den beiden Halterungsstäben (5, 6) eine um ihre Längsachse oszillierende gegensinnige Bewegung erteilt. Bei einer solchen Vor­ richtung kommt man zu einem besonders kompakten und übersichtlichen Aufbhau des Oszillationsantriebes, wenn die beiden oszillierenden Halterungsstäbe (5, 6) auf einer End­ seite der Schneiddrähte (2, 3) in Längsrichtung derselben ges­ ehen hintereinander angeordnet und nur mit den un­ dehnbaren Anschlußteilen (8) jeweils eines der beiden Schne­ iddrahtsätze verbunden sind, und daß auf der anderen End­ seite der Schneiddrähte (2, 3) für deren mit den Schrauben­ federn (7) ausgerüstete Enden ein gemeinsamer fester Hal­ terungsstab (4) vorgesehen ist.
