- un équipage mobile (2-3-4) logé avec une aptitude de déplacement axial, à l'intérieur de l'enveloppe extérieure, et comprenant un clapet (3) d'obturation de l'orifice de vidange, installé à la partie inférieure d'un tube (2) d'évacuation de trop plein ou tube de surverse ouvert à ses extrémités et dont la portion inférieure est équipée d'un flotteur constitué par une cloche (4) disposée autour de la partie basse dudit tube de surverse et logée dans la cloche extérieure (1b) de l'enveloppe fixe (1), un espace annulaire (a) étant ménagé entre les parois latérales cylindriques (4d, 1b") de ladite cloche intérieure flottante (4) et de ladite cloche extérieure (1b), tandis qu'un autre espace annulaire (d) est également réservé entre la portion supérieure du tube de surverse et la portion supérieure (1a) de ladite enveloppe extérieure ; caractérisé en ce que la cloche flottante (4) est munie, dans sa partie inférieure, d'un collet obturateur (4b) dont le diamètre et à peine inférieur au diamètre interne de l'organe cylindrique (16) de la partie fixe du dispositif dans lequel il est appelé à se déplacer, de sorte qu'un très faible jeu seulement, nécessaire au mouvement axial de ladite cloche flottante, se trouve ménagé entre la périphérie dudit collet obturateur et la paroi interne dudit organe cylindrique.
