Üblicherweise werden als Justageelemente Unterlegkeile ver­wendet, die zu Keilpaaren übereinander zu legen sind. Nach erfolgter Justage ist diese durch Verschrauben des Rahmens mit der Laibung zu fixieren.
Das Verkeilen von Fensterrahmen ist sehr zeitaufwendig und kaum von einer Person durchzuführen. Oft müssen zusätzliche, weitere Keile aufgelegt werden, um den Abstand zwischen Lai­bung und Fensterrahmen zu überbrücken. Ist dabei einer der Keile zu stark angestellt, so muß er wieder zurückgezogen werden, wodurch die auf ihm liegenden Keile herausfallen. Ist der Fensterrahmen justiert, so muß er mit Bankeisen an der Wand befestigt werden. Vor allem in Altbauten, die mit neuen Fenstern versehen werden sollen, muß Putz für die Bank­eisen beseitigt werden, so daß außer der zusätzlichen Arbeit viel Staub und Schmutz anfallen.

Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß ein Basisteil je­des Justageelementes mit dem Rahmen verbindbar ist und ein Stellglied das Halteelement aufweist.
Durch Anstellen des Stellgliedes gegen die Laibung wird der Rahmen justiert. Gleichzeitig tritt im angespannten Zustand eine starre Verbindung zwischen Rahmen und Lai­bung ein.

Von Bedeutung ist, daß ein Muttergewinde in der Gewindebuchse vorgesehen ist, die einseitig mit einem Flansch ausgebildet ist, und die von außen in eine den Rahmenholm durchdringende Bohrung einge­setzt ist.
Der Flansch überträgt die Justage- und Haltekräfte auf den Rahmen, ohne daß sich die Gewindebuchse im Rahmen verschiebt bzw. verdreht.

Die Zeichnung zeigt einen teilweise geschnitten und gebrochen dargestellten Fensterrahmen 1, der in einer Wandöffnung 2 an­ geordnet ist. Der Fensterrahmen 1 besteht aus Hohlprofilen, die in der Zeichnung vereinfacht (z.B. ohne Dichtungen) dar­gestellt sind. In den mit den waagerechten Holmen verbunde­nen Bereichen der senkrechten Rahmen-Holme 4 sind Bohrungen 5 vorgesehen. In jeder Bohrung 5 ist von außen eine Gewinde­buchse 6 und von innen eine Zentrierhülse 7 eingesteckt. Die Zentrierhülse 7 weist einen umlaufenden Kragen 8 auf, der verhindert, daß die Zentrierhülse durch die Bohrung 5 durch­geschoben werden kann. In das in der Bohrung 5 befindliche freie Ende der Zentrierhülse 7 ist ein Ende der Gewindebuchse 6 eingesteckt. Im Bereich des anderen Endes der Gewindebuchse 6 weist dieser einen Ringwulst 9 auf, der mit dem Wandbereich 10 des Hohlprofils eine Preßpassung bildet. Im justierten Zustand werden die vier Stiftschrauben nochmals um gleiche Umdrehungen angestellt, so daß der Fensterrahmen 1 fest und sicher in der Wandöffnung verspannt ist. Dabei übertragen die Flansche 11 die Anstell­ kräfte auf den Fensterrahmen, ohne daß die Gewindebuchse 6 in der Bohrung 5 verschoben wird. Ein Verbiegen der Rahmen­holme 4 tritt nicht ein, da die Justageelemente im Bereich der Holme 3 vorgesehen sind, welche die Anstellkräfte auf­nehmen. Beim Anstellen der Stiftschrauben 12 verhindern die Passungen zwischen den Bohrungen 5 und den Ringwulsten 9 sowie die entsprechende Ausgestaltung der Flansche 11, z.B. weist die Kontaktfläche des Flansches 11 zum Rahmenholm 4 eine rauhe Oberfläche auf, daß sich die Gewindebuchse 6 in der Bohrung 5 ungewollt verdreht.

1. Vorrichtung für Fensterrahmen zu deren Justage beim Einbau in für sie vorgesehene Wandöffnungen, wobei jeweils im oberen und unteren Bereich der vertikalen Rahmenholme Justageelemente zwischen Rahmen und Laibung vorgesehen sind und die justierten Rahmen durch Halte­elemente fixiert werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein Basisteil (Gewindebuchse 6) jedes Justageelemen­tes mit dem Rahmen verbindbar ist und ein Stellteil (Stiftschraube 12) das Halteelement aufweist.
