Claims (10)

1. Dispositif d'ancrage (12) convenant pour ancrer une attache de fixation de rail de chemin de fer (7,8,9) et comprenant une première partie (13) pourvue d'un passage en substance horizontal (11), une deuxième partie (14) faisant saillie latéralement dans un sens, d'un côté de la première partie (13), et une troisième partie (15X) faisant saillie latéralement dans l'autre sens, du côté opposé de la première partie (13), le dispositif d'ancrage (12) étant conçu pour pouvoir être incorporé dans un ensemble comprenant un support (1-6) pour un rail de chemin de fer, un rail de chemin de fer (20) installé sur le support (1-6) et comportant un patin (20B) à sa base qui fait saillie latéralement en sens opposés à partir de l'âme centrale (20C) du rail, le dispositif d'ancrage (12) étant disposé à côté d'un bord du patin (20B), et une attache de fixation de rail de chemin de fer (7, 8, 9) qui a été fabriquée par pliage d'une tige métallique et qui comporte une branche en substance droite (7) dans le passage (11), une autre partie (8) appuyant vers le bas sur la surface supérieure du patin (20B) du rail et encore une autre partie (9) appuyant vers le bas sur la deuxième partie (14) du dispositif d'ancrage (12), caractérisé en ce que la troisième partie (15X) du dispositif d'ancrage (12) fait partie d'une région de fixation (15) du dispositif d'ancrage, région qui accuse une augmentation de largeur d'au moins 40%, vue vers le bas, et le point le plus bas sur le dispositif d'ancrage (12) est à un niveau inférieur au bas du passage (11) d'une distance (y) qui est elle-même inférieure au double de la largeur maximum (w) du passage, de sorte que le dispositif d'ancrage (12) peut être incorporé dans un ensemble dans lequel le support (1-6) est une plaque de base présentant une ouverture (4) qui, vue vers le bas, accuse une augmentation de largeur, le rail (20) étant installé d'un côté de l'ouverture (4) de la plaque de base et la première partie (13) du dispositif d'ancrage (12) se trouvant de l'autre côté de l'ouverture (4), la région de fixation (15) du dispositif d'ancrage (12) étant située dans l'ouverture (4) et étant pressée vers le haut, à l'intervention de l'attache (7, 8, 9), contre des surfaces (5) de la plaque de base qui définissent l'ouverture (4).
2. Ensemble comprenant un support (1-6) pour un rail de chemin de fer, un rail de chemin de fer (20) installé sur le support (1-6), un dispositif d'ancrage (12) comportant une première partie (13) pourvue d'un passage en substance horizontal (11), d'un côté de la première partie (13) une deuxième partie (14) faisant saillie dans un sens depuis la première partie (13) et, de l'autre côté de la première partie (13) une troisième partie (15X) faisant saillie dans le sens opposé depuis la première partie (13) et une attache de fixation de rail de chemin de fer (7-9) qui a été fabriquée par pliage d'une tige métallique et qui comporte une branche en substance droite (7) dans le passage (11), une autre partie (8) appuyant vers le bas sur la surface supérieure du patin (20B) du rail et encore une autre partie (9) appuyant vers le bas sur la deuxième partie (14) du dispositif d'ancrage (12), caractérisé en ce que la troisième partie (15X) du dispositif d'ancrage (12) fait partie d'une région de fixation (15) du dispositif d'ancrage, région qui accuse une augmentation de largeur d'au moins 40%, vue vers le bas, et le point le plus bas du dispositif d'ancrage (12) est à un niveau inférieur au bas du passage (11) d'une distance (y) qui est elle-même inférieure au double de la largeur maximum (w) du passage, et caractérisé en ce que le support (1-6) est une plaque de base présentant une ouverture (4) qui, vue vers le bas, accuse une augmentation de largeur, le rail (20) étant installé d'un côté de l'ouverture (4) de la plaque de base et la première partie (13) du dispositif d'ancrage (12) se trouvant de l'autre côté de l'ouverture (4), la région de fixation (15) du dispositif d'ancrage (12) étant située dans l'ouverture (4) et étant pressée vers le haut, à l'intervention de l'attache (7, 8, 9), contre des surfaces (5) de la plaque de base, qui définissent l'ouverture (4).
3. Dispositif suivant la revendication 1 ou ensemble suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la largeur de la région de fixation (15) du dispositif d'ancrage (12) qui augmente, vue vers le bas, est la largeur mesurée parallèlement au passage (11) dans la première partie (13).
4. Dispositif ou ensemble suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la largeur de la région de fixation (15) du dispositif d'ancrage (12) qui augmente, vue vers le bas, s'accroît progressivement.
5. Dispositif ou ensemble suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la largeur de la région de fixation (15) augmente par le fait que deux ailes latérales (15B) sont prévues dans la région de fixation (15).
6. Dispositif ou ensemble suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces supérieures (15C) des ailes (15B) sont bien courbées.
7. Dispositif ou ensemble suivant la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce qu'au-dessus des ailes (15B) est prévue une partie (15A) de la région de fixation (15) qui est d'une largeur constante, vue vers le bas.
8. Dispositif ou ensemble suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la région de fixation (15) du dispositif d'ancrage (12) a en substance la forme d'une lettre Y inversée.
9. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième partie (14) du dispositif d'ancrage (12) présente, sur son côté supérieur, une surface en substance verticale (14B) qui peut coopérer avec une surface en substance verticale (9B) sur le côté inférieur de la partie (9) de l'attache (7 à 9) pour empêcher un déplacement de l'attache tel que sa branche en substance droite (7) se dégage du passage (11) du dispositif d'ancrage (12).
10. Ensemble suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième partie (14) du dispositif d'ancrage (12) présente, sur son côté supérieur, une surface en substance verticale (14B) et le côté inférieur de la partie (9) de l'attache (7 à 9) présente une surface en substance verticale (9B) qui est tournée vers la surface (14B) pour empêcher un déplacement de l'attache tel que sa branche en substance droite (7) se dégage du passage (11) du dispositif d'ancrage (12).
