Claims (12)

1. Procédé d'emballage d'une pile d'objets placée sur une palette et constituée notamment de bouteilles, boîtes métalliques ou objets similaires, selon lequel une enveloppe rétractible (5) tendue au-dessus de la pile d'objets (3) est progressivement rétractée dans le sens vertical, puis est soudée à une feuille (4) qui est intercalée entre la pile d'objets et la palette (2) et dépasse au-delà du bord de cette palette, caractérisé par le fait que le bord inférieur libre (7) de l'enveloppe rétractible (5) tendue au-dessus de la pile d'objets (3) est maintenu, au moins par zones, à distance de la palette et de la feuille (4) qui s'y trouve ; par le fait que l'enveloppe rétractible (5) est rétractée de haut en bas ; et par le fait que le bord libre (7) de l'enveloppe rétractible (5) est libéré et une dépression est engendrée, au-dessous de l'enveloppe rétractible (5), peu avant que la rétraction atteigne la palette (2).
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que, en vue de former un retrait inférieur au-dessous de la palette (2), le bord libre (7) de l'enveloppe rétractible (5) est libéré par soulèvement de la palette, avant que la rétraction atteigne l'arête inférieure de cette palette.
3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'enveloppe rétractible (5) est maintenue sous une surpression durant la majeure partie du processus de rétraction.
4. Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, comprenant un reposoir ou un convoyeur (1) pour une pile d'objets (3) placée sur une palette (2) ; un mécanisme pour revêtir la pile d'objets à l'aide d'une enveloppe rétractible (5), qui est saisie par des organes de préhension (6) sur son bord inférieur (7) ; un mécanisme de rétraction, pouvant accomplir un mouvement alternatif dans le sens vertical ; et une soufflerie (11) installée au-dessous du reposoir ou du convoyeur, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins un repousse-feuilles (8) mobile, prévu sur le reposoir ou le convoyeur (1) en dehors de l'espace exigé par la palette (2), mais cependant à l'intérieur de la zone de travail des organes de préhension (6), s'étend jusqu'au voisinage de la pile d'objets lorsqu'il occupe sa position déployée.
5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par des repousse-feuilles (8) sur des côtés opposés du reposoir ou convoyeur (1).
6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé par le fait que les repousse-feuilles (8) sont montés pivotants autour d'un axe horizontal, et présentent un entraînement (9) en pivotement.
7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que les repousse-feuilles (8) sont de réalisation fourchue, et comportent des fourchons.
8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que les repousse-feuilles (8) sont réalisés sous la forme de canaux de passage d'air.
9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que les surfaces des repousse-feuilles (8) sont revêtues de PTFE.
10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 9, caractérisé par le fait que les repousse-feuilles (8) présentent un système de retenue pour le bord inférieur (7) de l'enveloppe rétractible (5).
11. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 10, caractérisé par un mécanisme élévateur (12) pour soulever la palette (2).
12. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 11, caractérisé par le fait que les repousse-feuilles (8) peuvent être animés d'un mouvement dans le même sens que la palette (2) mue par le mécanisme élévateur (12).
