In this condition the mechanic nism is blocked automatically by interrupting continuous burst firing, also when the trigger is still depressed.

- the latter biased by the spring 37) returns to the initial position or "zero position” in which (see Figure 9) its arm 36) is supported on the selection rod 6), its teeth 33) -34) are all moved behind the pawl 29) and the pawl 30), and its part 35) intercepts the terminal nose 19) of the trigger pawl 9) to limit the movement of the latter and prevent the action of stopping its beak 20) on the dog's tooth 14).
