Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen mit einer doppelten Panzerung versehen Gegenstand, insbesondere Panzerfahrzeug, wobei zwischen der inneren Panzerung und der aus mehreren nicht miteinander verbundenen Abschnitten gebildeten äußeren Panzerung mindestens zwei elastische Halterungen vorgesehen sind.The invention relates to an object provided with double armor, in particular an armored vehicle, at least two elastic mounts being provided between the inner armor and the outer armor formed from a plurality of sections which are not connected to one another.

Bei einem bekannten Gegenstand der vorgenannten Art sind die innere und die äußere Panzerung durch die elastische Halterung in der Weise miteinander verbunden, daß die Halterung einendig mit einer an der inneren Panzerung befestigten Grundplatte und anderendig mit einer eine die äußere Panzerung durchdringende Halteschraube aufnehmenden Gewindebuchse formschlüssig verbunden ist. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, den bekannten Gegenstand derart zu verbessern, daß einerseits die Montage und die Demontage der äußeren Panzerung in kürzester Zeit ohne Einsatz aufwendiger Sondereinrichtungen möglich ist und daß andererseits durch die äußere Panzerung eine Beschußbelastung mit einer Auftreffenergie von etwa 600 m to in kürzester Zeit auf eine verbleibende Restenergie von etwa 40 m to abgebaut wird. Dabei wird von Auftreffwinkeln zwischen 90° und 30° ausgegangen. Die doppelte Panzerung des in den Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellten Gegenstandes besteht aus einer inneren Panzerung 1 und einer aus mehreren nicht miteinander verbundenen Abschnitten 2 gebildeten äußeren Panzerung. Das in den Fig. 3 und 4 dargestellte Schwenklager 3 weist zwei mit der inneren Panzerung 1 fest verbundene Lagerböcke 3.1 und ein mit dem betreffenden Abschnitt 2 der äußeren Panzerung fest verbundenes Lageroberteil 3.2 sowie eine Lagerwelle 3.3 auf. Zwischen der Lagerwelle 3.3 und dem Lageroberteil 3.2 ist eine aus elastischem Werkstoff bestehende Buchse 5 vorgesehen, die mit Ausnehmungen 5.1 versehen ist. Die Lagerwelle 3.3 ist in ihrem von der Buchse 5 umschlossenen Bereich derart doppelkonisch ausgebildet, daß sich der betreffende Bereich der Lagerwelle 3.3 von innen nach außen konisch verjüngt. Die Lagerböcke 3.1 der Schwenklager 3 sind mit einem Schlitz 6 zum Einführen der Enden der Lagerwelle 3.3 versehen (vgl. Die in den Fig. 5 bis 7 dargestellte Halterung 4 besteht aus einem mit der inneren Panzerung 1 fest verbundenen Gehäuse 4.1 und einem mit dem betreffenden Abschnitt 2 der äußeren Panzerung lösbar verbundenen Kern 4.2 sowie einem zwischen dem Gehäuse 4.1 und dem Kern 4.2 angeordneten elastischen Teil 4.3. Zur lösbaren Verbindung des Abschnittes 2 der äußeren Panzerung und dem Kern 4.2 der elastischen Halterung 4 dient ein drehbarer Ring 7. Der Ring 7 weist an seiner Oberseite einen nach innen gerichteten Wulst 8 und an seiner Unterseite einen nach innen gerichteten Wulst 9 auf. Die Wülste 8 und 9 sind mit einer sternförmigen Ausnehmung 10 versehen (vgl. Fig. 6 und 7). An einem Ansatz 11 des Kerns 4.2 und an einem damit fluchtenden Ansatz 12 des Abschnittes 2 der äußeren Panzerung befinden sich einander entsprechende Vorsprünge 13. die so bemessen sind, daß sie in der sternförmigen Ausnehmung des Ringes 7 ausreichend Platz finden. Durch Verdrehen des Ringes 7 werden die Ansätze 11 und 12 nach Art eines Bajonettverschlusses fest miteinander verbunden. Nachdem der Ring 7 in die in Fig. 7 dargestellte Position gedreht worden ist, wird der Ring 7 durch eine Sicherungsschraube 14 gegen Verdrehen gesichert.The holder 4 shown in FIGS. 5 to 7 consists of a housing 4.1 fixedly connected to the inner armor 1 and a core 4.2 releasably connected to the relevant section 2 of the outer armor and an elastic part arranged between the housing 4.1 and the core 4.2 4.3. By rotating the ring 7, the lugs 11 and 12 are firmly connected to one another in the manner of a bayonet catch. After the ring 7 has been rotated into the position shown in FIG. 7, the ring 7 is secured against rotation by a locking screw 14.

Claims (5)

1. Object, in particular an armoured vehicle, provided with a double armouring, wherein at least two elastic mountings (3, 4) are provided between the inner armouring (1) and the outer armouring formed of several portions (2) not connected one with the other, characterised thereby, that at least one of the elastic mountings is formed as engageable and disengageable pivot bearing (3), whilst at least one further elastic mounting (4) consists of a core (4.2), which is detachably connected in the manner of a bayonet fastener with the concerned portion (2) of the outer armouring, and a housing (4.1) firmly connected with the inner armouring (1) as well as of an elastic part (4.3) arranged between housing (4.1) and core (4.2).
2. Object according to claim 1, characterised thereby, that each pivot bearing (3) conists of two bearing blocks (3.1) firmly connected with the inner armouring (1) and one upper bearing part (3.2), which is firmly connected with the concerned portion (2) of the outer armouring, with a bearing shaft (3.3) elastically embedded therein by means of a bushing (5) consisting of elastic material, wherein the bearing blocks (3.1) are provided with a slot (6) for the introduction of the ends of the bearing shaft (3.3).
3. Object according to claim 2, characterised thereby, that that region of the bearing shaft (3.3), which is enclosed by the bushing (5), is constructed to be double-conical in such a manner that the concerned region of the bearing shaft narrows outwardly from inside.
4. Object according to claim 2 or 3, characterised thereby, that the slot (6), which is provided in the bearing blocks (3.1) for the introduction of the ends of the bearing shaft (3.3), is arranged on the side remote from the further mountings (4).
5. Object according to one of the claims 1 to 4, characterised thereby, that the core (4.2) of the further mounting (4) is provided with a projection (11) and the portion (2) of the outer armouring is provided with a projection (12), wherein the projections (11, 12) are facing each other in alignment, and that the projections (11, 12) display mutually corresponding protrusions (13), that a rotatable ring (7) displays an inwardly directed bead (8) at its upper side and a further inwardly directed bead (9) at its underside, wherein both beads (8, 9) are provided with star-shaped recesses (10), that the projections (11, 12) are so dimensioned that they find adequate space in the star-shaped recesses (10) of the ring (7) and that the spacing of both the beads (8, 9) each from the other is somewhat greater than the thickness of two protrusions (13) respectively lying one above the other.
