  • An ink filling plug 31 ( Figure 12) is detachably mounted at the side of the casing member 1h so that ink may be introduced into the casing member 1h when the ink level drops.
  • each printer head 32 is constituted by an ink cassette which is detachably attached to the printer head frame 33. It is thus possible to remove a cassette printer head 32 from the printer head frame 33 by moving the respective supporting arms 34 away from each other and pulling a knob 32a by hand.

Claims (9)

1. Druckkopf mit einem Gehäuseteil (1), das wenigstens einen Druckfarbenvorrat (9a) darin hat, einem Folienteil, das eine Mehrzahl von Öffnungen oder Ausnehmungen (6) darin hat, und mit wenigstens einem drehbaren Antriebselement (4, 5), das in Antriebseingriff mit dem Folienteil (7) und derart drehbar ist, daß ein Abschnitt des Folienteils (7) von einer Position, in der es in die Druckfarbe (9) in dem oder einem Druckfarbenvorrat (9a) eingetaucht ist, zu einer Druckposition bewegbar ist, in der die Übertragung der Druckfarbe von dem Folienteil (7) zu einem Aufzeichnungsmaterial (17, 41) erfolgt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Folienteil (7) über ein Thermodruckelement (3) in Kontakt mit einer Heizfläche (3a) desselben an der Druckposition bewegt wird, daß der Druckkopf als eine auswechselbare Kassette ausgebildet ist und daß ein Teil (4a, 4b, 5a, 5b) des oder eines drehbaren Antriebselementes (4, 5) von dem Gehäuse (1) vorsteht und in Eingriff mit einem zusammenarbeitenden Antriebselement (37) zum Bewirken einer Drehbewegung desselben kommt.
2. Drukkopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vorspringenden Teile (4a, 5a) des drehbaren Antriebselements (4, 5) mit einer treibenden Verzahnung (4b, 5b) versehen sind, die in Eingriff mit einem zugeordneten Zahnriemen (37) kommt, der derart ausgerichtet ist, daß die Drehung der Antriebselemente (4, 5) und folglich die Bewegung des Folienteils (7) durch die Translationsbewegung des Druckkopfes parallel zum Aufzeichnungsmaterial (17, 41) bewirkt wird.

Druckkopf nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Thermodruckelement (3) in einer offenen Ausnehmung (2) in dem Gehäuse (1) angebracht ist oder sich in dieselbe erstreckt, daß Folienführungseinrichtungen (8a, 8b) zum Führen des Folienteils (7) zu der Heizfläche (3a) und von dieser weg vorgesehen sind, und daß die Folienführungseinrichtungen in der Nähe der offenen Ausnehmung (2) angeordnet sind und von dem Gehäuseteil (1) getragen werden.
4. Druckkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Folienteil (7) mit einer Mehrzahl von Öffnungen oder Ausnehmungen (6) versehen ist, deren Durchmesser nicht größer als 250 pm ist.

Druckkopf nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Folienteil (7) mit mit Öffnungen versehenen Abschnitten und mit Abschnitten ohne Öffnungen versehen ist, welche abwechselnd zueinander in Längsrichtung des Folienteils (7) angeordnet sind, wobei jeder mit Öffnungen versehene Abschnitt (6a) eine Mehrzahl von Öffnungen oder Ausnehmungen (6) aufweist.

Druckkopf nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Druckkopfblock (11) eine Mehrzahl von Gehäuseteilen (1) aufweist, die nebeneinander unter Bildung einer einteiligen Einheit angeordnet sind, daß jedes Gehäuseteil (1) mit einem zugeordneten Thermodruckelement (3) und einem Folienteil (7) versehen ist, wobei die Druckfarbenvorräte (9a) der verschiedenen Gehäuseteile (1) derart ausgelegt sind, daß sie jeweils mit unterschiedlichen Druckfarben (9) füllbar sind.
7. Druckkopf nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Folienteil (7a) ein endloses Folienteil ist.
8. Druckkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Mehrzahl von Antriebselementen (4d, 5d) vorgesehen ist, die jeweils in dieselbe Richtung über eine Antriebswelle (25) angetrieben werden, und daß ein leerlaufendes Teil (26), das in dem Gehäuseteil (1h) angeordnet ist, zwischen den Antriebselementen (4d, 5d) angeordnet ist.
9. Druckkopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Thermodruckelement (3) einen Abstand von dem Gehäuseteil (1h) hat und daß ein Abschnitt des Folienteils (7b) von der Außenseite des Gehäuseteils (1h) kommend durch die Dichtungseinrichtungen (28 bis 30) geht.
