Abstract

Un procédé et une installation sont utilisés pour des traitements thermiques associés à la cémentation d'objets nécessitant des temps de traitement thermique divers. Les objets sont premièrement chauffés dans un four de préchauffage (9) jusqu'à la température requise pour le traitement thermique. Ils reçoivent ensuite un traitement thermique dans un four annulaire (10). Les objets sont retirés du four annulaire après un temps de retenue prédéterminé, indépendamment de l'ordre dans lequel ils ont été introduits, en faisant avancer chaque objet jusqu'à l'ouverture de décharge (11) du four.

Claims (3)

1. Procédé de traitement thermique d'articles ayant des critères différents de durée de traitement thermique, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs articles sont portés simultanément à une température prédéterminée dans un four sépare (9) de mise en température, en ce que les articles sont ensuite introduits dans un four de traitement thermique (10) et y sont maintenus pendant un traitement thermique, en ce que le temps de séjour de chaque article dans le four de traitement thermique est contrôlé individuellement, et en ce que les articles sont retirés individuellement du four après un temps prédéterminé de séjour, indépendamment de la séquence d'introduction.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les articles, après mise en température, sont placés sur un transporteur rotatif à l'intérieur d'un four annulaire (10), et en ce que chaque article, lorsque le temps prédéterminé de séjour a expiré, avance vers une ouverture d'évacuation formée dans le four par rotation du transporteur.
3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les articles, après traitement thermique dans le four annulaire (10), sont transmis à un four de diffusion (12) directement raccordé au four annulaire.
