Abstract

Un agencement permet d'obtenir automatiquement l'aligement latéral d'une paire de substrats optiquement couplés. Une arête d'alignement (32) est formée sur la surface supérieure d'un premier substrat (10), disposée parallèlement à une pluralité de guides d'ondes optiques (12) formés dans le premier substrat.
