Abstract

A guide carriage for a louvre blind has a bearing sleeve which is provided in a bushing forming part of a housing and in which a bearing pin is frictionally engaged, the bearing pin being provided at its lower end with a louvre holder for a vertical louvre. To provide a short distance between the louvre holder and the guide carriage, and simultaneously to provide simple removability of the louvre, the bearing pin is fixedly connected to the louvre holder, located in the bearing sleeve and may be removed from the sleeve simply by applying oppositely directed forces to the housing and the bearing pin along the axis of the pin.

Description

The invention relates to a carriage for a slatted blind, with a housing with end walls transverse to the direction of travel, with laterally arranged on the housing sliding or running elements for moving the carriage in a mounting rail, with a bearing sleeve rotatably mounted in a housing-fixed bushing with a pinion section, with a frictionally supported in the bearing sleeve bearing pin, at the lower end of which a plate holder is arranged, which holds a vertical plate, with a rotatably mounted in openings in the end walls, which meshes with the pinion section of the bearing sleeve and an internal profile for receiving a correspondingly profiled turning shaft, with detent springs the bearing sleeve or the bearing pin, which protrude with its engaging ends into a circumferential groove of the bearing pin or the bearing sleeve, the bearing pin being firmly connected to the disk holder.

Such guide carriages are known from US-A-4,350,197 in which the bearing journals are non-releasably locked in the bearing sleeve. To - e.g. B. for cleaning purposes - to be able to remove the lamellae, a groove is formed at the lower end of the journal, and the lamella holder has a corresponding bead for releasable connection to the journal. The disadvantage here is the relatively large overall length of the groove / bead connection, which leads to undesired incidence of light even when the blind is closed. When they are removed, the lamellae must be released together with their lamella holder from the grooves of the bearing journals; the slats cannot be detached from the guide carriage by tensile forces, which increases the risk of accidents if the slats get caught.

In contrast, the object of the invention is to further develop a guide carriage of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that the slats can be coupled and removed in a simple manner by axial tensile and compressive forces.

This object is achieved according to the invention in the guide carriages of the type mentioned at the outset in that the circumferential groove widens outwards by means of oblique side walls, and in that the engaging ends of the detent springs bear against the oblique side walls and radially from the oblique side walls when the tensile forces acting on the slat holder are present run out of the circumferential groove and axially release the bearing journal.

The advantages of the invention lie in particular in the simple handling of the slatted blinds equipped with the guide carriages according to the invention. The possibility of removing the lamellae from the guide carriage is realized in a particularly simple and advantageous manner in that the bearing journal engages in a latching connection in the bearing sleeve, which can be released by axial tensile forces and can be locked again by axial compressive forces. The fact that the slats can be released from the guide carriage by tensile forces with an axial component significantly reduces the risk of accidents because objects or people can no longer accidentally get caught on the slats and fall. Characterized in that no horizontal support edge, but only slanted outwardly sliding surfaces are present between the locking springs and the circumferential groove of the bearing pin, a predetermined axial pull on the bearing pin is sufficient to release the locking connection.

The detent springs are preferably arranged at the upper end of the bearing sleeve above the pinion section. The bearing pin, which is formed vertically on the horizontal plate holder, projects through the bearing sleeve and has the corresponding chamfered circumferential groove at the point corresponding to the detent springs. Alternatively, the detent springs can be attached to any position on the bearing sleeve. The free ends of the detent springs and the circumferential groove of the bearing pin have an adapted shape and are dimensioned such that they bear against one another with a predetermined radial pressure. In this way, the bearing journal and bearing sleeves form a slip clutch with a predetermined frictional torque, which prevents the disks from rotating without resistance in the rotary bearing formed from the bearing sleeve and bearing journal.

Alternatively, the detent springs can also be attached at any other point on the bearing sleeve.

Advantageous developments of the invention are characterized by the features of the subclaims.

  • Fig. 1 einen Querschnitt durch einen Führungswagen einer ersten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ;
In the following three embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail with reference to the drawings. Show it :
  • 1 shows a cross section through a guide carriage of a first embodiment of the invention.
  • 2 shows a cross section through a second embodiment of the guide carriage. and
  • 3 shows a modified embodiment of the guide carriage corresponding to FIG. 1.

Figures 1 and 2 show cross sections through a first and second embodiment of the carriage. The guide carriage consists of an essentially rectangular housing 4, which has stub axles 5 directed outwards on two opposite sides, on which rollers 6 are mounted, which run on running surfaces 3 of a mounting rail 2 and enable the guide carriage 1 to be moved along the mounting rail 2 with little friction.

The housing 4 of the guide carriage 1 has a vertically aligned housing bushing 8 centrally between the rollers 6, which is directed perpendicular to the roller axis and - in the exemplary embodiment shown - a locking recess mung 9 contains. A bearing sleeve 10 is rotatably mounted in the housing bushing 8 and has at its lower end locking lugs 12 which protrude into the locking recess 9 of the housing bushing 8 and lock the bearing bushing 10 in the housing bushing 8 in a non-releasable manner. A bearing section for rotatable mounting in the housing bushing 8 adjoins the locking lugs 12. The bearing section is followed by a pinion section 14, on which the bearing sleeve 10 carries on its outer circumference a pinion with obliquely upward toothings. The pinion section 14 merges into detent springs 16 which have radial thickenings 16a.

In the bearing sleeve, a bearing pin 18 is rotatably mounted, which is fixedly connected at its lower end to a horizontal plate holder 24 and z. B. can be integrally formed with this. The bearing pin 18 has at the height of the detent springs 16 a circumferential groove 20 which has inclined chamfers or side walls, in which the thickened portions 16a of the detent springs preferably engage in a form-fitting manner. The detent springs 16 and the circumferential groove 20 are dimensioned such that, when the detent connection has been made, a predetermined radial pressure acts, which generates a desired friction between the bearing sleeve and the bearing journal, so that the bearing journal 18 is carried along by the bearing sleeve 10 until one on a lower annular bead 18b of the Bearing pin 18 molded stop 17 starts against a counter-stop 8a fixed to the housing. If the rotational movement of the pinion and the bearing sleeve 10 is then continued, the bearing sleeve overcomes the static frictional moment of the latching connection 16, 20 and then continues to rotate freely on the bearing journal 18 which is at the stop. The latching springs 16 of the bearing sleeve 10 and the circumferential groove 20 of the bearing journal 18 are formed The latching connection thus acts like a friction clutch, which freewheels when a predetermined freewheeling torque is exceeded. The formation of the friction clutch integral with the latching connection is a particularly advantageous feature of the invention.

The housing walls supporting the stub axles 5 are connected to one another by two end walls 7a, 7b which are spaced apart from one another. Between the end walls 7a, 7b, a worm 26 is rotatably mounted, which has a worm thread 28 which meshes with the pinion section 14 of the bearing sleeve 10. The worm 26 has an inner profile 30, which corresponds to the profile of a turning shaft (not shown), which runs through all guide carriages and rotates the worms 26 when they rotate, which, via their worm thread, the pinion section 14 and the latching connection 16, 20 the position of change vertical slats as required. 2 shows the housing 4 of the carriage within the mounting rail 2, the side sliding or roller elements 6 and the screw 26 being omitted for the sake of clarity. The housing bushing 8 is integrally formed on the housing 4 in a central and vertical orientation and has a latching recess 9 and an inner diameter which widens slightly conically downwards. In the housing bushing 8, the bearing sleeve 10 is engaged, z. B. an approach of the bearing sleeve 10 engages under the locking recess 9 and the pinion section 14 engages over the housing bushing 8 at its upper end. The bearing bush 10 has at its lower end detent springs 16 with inward thickenings 16a which engage in a corresponding circumferential groove 20 of a bearing pin 18 which is integrally formed on the horizontal plate holder 24.

The circumferential groove 20 of the bearing pin 18 has oblique side surfaces 21 which widen the circumferential groove 20 with increasing distance from the pin axis 18a. Therefore, if a sufficient axial force acts down on the bearing pin 18, the detent springs 16 are pressed outwards by the side surfaces 21, as a result of which the bearing pin 18 is released from the detent connection and can be pulled axially out of the bearing sleeve 10.

For insertion, the bearing pin 18 is inserted into the bearing sleeve 10 from below until the rounded tip 23 of the bearing pin runs against the detent springs 16 and presses them outward. When the upward movement continues, the catch springs 16 then fall into the circumferential groove 20 of the bearing pin 18, as a result of which the catch connection is established.

B. an den Rastansätzen 12, vorgesehen, welche radial einwärts gerichtete, in die Rändelung 40 eingreifende Rändelnocken 42 tragen.1 and 3, an interlocking knurling 40, 42 is provided between the bearing pin 18 and the bearing sleeve 10 in order to allow the rotation of the bearing pin 18 to start only from a predetermined minimum torque. In this way, undesired, accidental twisting of the vertical slats in the carriage can be prevented. According to FIG. 1, knurling 40 with axial elevations and depressions is attached to the circumference of the journal 18. In the bearing sleeve 10 are resilient tabs, for. B. on the locking lugs 12 provided, which carry radially inwardly directed, engaging in the knurling 40 knurled cams 42.

Bei dieser Ausführungsform sind an der unteren Stirnfläche der Lagerhülse 10 entsprechende Rändelnocken 42 angeformt, welche mit der Rändelung 40 des Lagerzapfens 18 zusammenwirken.FIG. 3 shows a representation corresponding to FIG. 1, in which the knurling 40 is attached to the upward-facing surface of an annular bead 18b which is formed on the bearing journal 18 at a predetermined distance above the lamella holder 24 and also carries the stop 17. In this embodiment, corresponding knurled cams 42 are formed on the lower end face of the bearing sleeve 10, which cooperate with the knurling 40 of the bearing pin 18.
