Description

The invention relates to a fitting for windows, doors or the like. With a handle handle which can be rotated by means of its stepped neck in a bearing bush of a screw-on plate, the bearing bush penetrating an inwardly angled collar of the screw-on plate and having a positive fit for axially securing the handle handle on the bearing bush the neck-connectable retaining ring is supported on an inwardly facing surface of the bearing bush. Such a fitting is known from DE-A1-2 116 489. With this fitting, the handle handle is inserted into the bearing bush from one side, while the locking ring is pushed onto the free end of the handle handle from the other side and at the same time is also pushed into the other end of the bearing bush. The neck of the handle and the locking ring are then connected to one another by rotating the latter in the manner of a bayonet lock and thereby secured in the axial direction against being pulled out of the bearing bush.

The connection of the neck to the locking ring is relatively complex and requires precise manufacture of the parts and a special assembly tool. In addition, special measures must be taken to secure the bayonet lock against unscrewing. In addition, there are hardly any deviations from this embodiment, which is why this fitting must always be used in the same form regardless of the construction of the window or door.

However, the operating force is much lower with a small window than, for example, with a large and heavy door. As a result, it is not justified to dimension the storage according to the maximum load, for example.

It is also not justified that the fitting is designed with the same stability for an inner and an outer door. Finally, there are also different customer requests with regard to appearance, which cannot be taken into account in the known fitting.

Another known fitting (FR-A2-230 830) also does not provide any alternatives, which is why it has the same disadvantages as the fitting described above. Due to its design, it is primarily suitable for light sashes of windows where low operating forces are sufficient.

A similar fitting has become known from DE-A1-3 248 053, which likewise does not provide any possible variations and, above all, appears to be suitable for windows and light doors.

The object of the invention is consequently seen in further developing a fitting of the type described at the outset in such a way that it enables a varied variation in order to be able to adapt it to the respective requirements, at least with regard to the bearing loads which occur, the structure being simple and the assembly being intended to be straightforward .

To achieve this object, it is proposed according to the invention that the fitting is designed in accordance with the preamble of claim 1 in accordance with the characterizing part of this claim. Because with this fitting the locking ring is also supported on the front edge of the collar of the screw-on plate, it inevitably overlaps the end of the bearing bush there, which is why the inside of the bushing need not be supported directly on the collar, as required by the fitting described above. On the one hand, this leads to a simpler construction and, on the other hand, enables the desired variety of training, in particular the storage area. In addition, this fitting can be reinforced quite simply in case of need to withstand increased loads. Finally, this fitting also opens up the possibility of adapting the taste in a simple manner, for example to other fitting parts.

Die Ansprüche 2 und folgende beschreiben weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen des Beschlags nach Anspruch 1.Claims 2 and following describe further advantageous configurations of the fitting according to claim 1.

Because with this fitting, as with the generic type, the bearing bush is additionally supported by the inwardly angled collar of the screw-on plate, it is already possible with this design that high forces can be absorbed without damage. Associated with the enlarged support surface is also reduced wear, which increases the lifespan of a corresponding fitting. This design also allows easy assembly. The collar can fulfill a further function by using its end edge to support a retaining ring that is positively tied on the neck. In the case of surface mounting, the collar is also the centering means of the relining plate. The collar then enters the opening of the relining plate, the ring wall of the opening overlapping the collar. In this way, the collar is held between the bearing bush and the ring wall of the relining plate and is thereby given additional support. Due to the fact that the relining plate fills up to the edge of the mounting plate, an overall stable design is achieved. In the case of surface mounting, after inserting the neck into the bearing bush of the screw-on plate, the locking ring can be brought into its captive position to the ring groove of the neck. This allows the corresponding radial insertion opening of the locking ring. In cooperation with the bottom of the ring groove, the insertion opening limits the attachment of the locking ring. To secure the position, the relining plate is now drawn in by immersing the locking ring in the opening of the relining plate. The ring wall surrounding the locking ring then prevents the locking ring from moving out of its captive position. As a result, the relining plate also fulfills a double function. On the one hand, it is used for relining, and on the other hand, it takes over the safety task described above, so that overall costs can be saved. If the fitting does not have to meet major requirements, the relining plate and the locking ring can be omitted will. When using the locking ring with an angular cross-section, the support can be further improved. This is optimal if the ring wall serves as the bearing wall of the locking ring. Radial loads acting on the handle are safely absorbed. If the ring wall is part of a support ring collar protruding rearward on the relining plate, an improvement in the positioning can also be carried out. A ball bearing can then be inserted into the corresponding annular space of the support ring collar, which is supported on the one hand on the ring wall and on the other hand on the neck of the handle. The ball bearing is preferably pushed onto the neck in a press fit, so that it remains in its attached position. This increases the radial support of the handle. Furthermore, there are advantages in terms of support technology in that the collar forms a slide bearing for the angle leg of the securing ring pointing in the direction of extension of the neck. The locking ring can also be formed by the outer ring of a ball bearing, which is then supported on the front edge of the collar and is used to axially secure the handle, so that components can be saved in this way despite the use of a ball bearing. The inner ring can protrude into the bearing bush for optimal storage. If such a ball bearing is dispensed with, a locking ring must be used, which interacts with the ring groove in the neck. The locking ring is covered by the filling ring, which is held by the relining plate and surrounds the pusher neck. This can also take on a storage function. In order to achieve an easy insertion of the bearing bush and yet a rotation lock, the collar has circumferentially stepped sections of different diameters for positive engagement on the outer surface of the bearing bush. The locking ring is optimally supported by the fact that, in addition to the front edge of the collar, it overlaps the front ring surface of the bearing bush which is at the same height.

According to the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1-7, the fitting designed in the form of a door plate has a screw-on plate 1 formed from sheet metal. A circumferential, angled support edge wall 3 extends from its front plate 2. In the front panel 2 there are also indentations 4, 5 one above the other, which form central through openings 6 for fastening screws, not shown.

Above the indentation 4, the front plate 2 forms an inwardly angled collar 7. This ends flush with the rear end edge of a bearing bush 8 inserted into the collar 7. The same is equipped with a collar 8 'of larger cross section, which rests on the front of the front plate 2.

A cover 9 is used to cover the screw-on plate 1. This also has an angled edge 10. The rear cavity formed by the panel 9 and the edge 10 is of such a size that the screw-on plate can be inserted into it. In order to be able to assign the cover 9 to the screw-on plate, an insertion opening 11 is provided in the cover 9 for the collar 8 'of the bearing bush 8.

The handle handle bears the reference numeral 12. A neck 14 extends from the handle handle 12 to achieve a stepped shoulder 13. This is equipped with a circumferential annular groove 15. The distance of the annular groove 15 from the shoulder 13 corresponds to the length of the bearing bush 8, so that after inserting the neck 14 into the bearing bush 8, the annular groove 15 protrudes beyond the rear end edge of the bearing bush 8.

A securing ring 16 is used for capturing the position of the handle 12 used. This has an angular cross section and is composed of the angled leg 17 running radially to the bearing axis and the angled leg 18 aligned parallel to the bearing axis. The angled leg 17, which is supported on the front edge of the collar 7, has a radial insertion opening 19. The width of the latter corresponds to the ring groove base diameter d. If the locking ring 16 is now assigned to the annular groove 15, the base of the annular groove limits the push-on movement of the locking ring 16. Then the angle leg 18 pointing in the direction of extension of the neck overlaps the rearward-facing collar 7 of the screw-on plate 1, cf. 4 in particular. Thus, the inner wall of the angled leg 18 is guided from the outer wall of the collar 7 to achieve improved storage. From Fig. 4 it can also be seen that the angled leg 18 extends with its rear end edge to the rear surface of the front plate 2, so that there is also a support.

Auf diese Weise überlappt die Ringwand 21 der Öffnung den Kragen 7.So that the locking ring 16 does not accidentally occurs in its attached position, it is held by a relining plate 20. This forms an opening at the level of the locking ring 16, the ring wall 21 of which is designed as a bearing wall of the locking ring. For this purpose, the diameter of the opening is adapted to the outside diameter of the locking ring 16, so that it is stored in the opening. The ring wall 21 encompassing the securing ring 16 continues in the exemplary embodiment into a backward-projecting support ring collar 22. This is assigned to the relining plate 20 in the clamped fit, for which purpose the support ring collar 22 forms a plug-in collar 23 which plunges into an opening section 24 of larger cross section. In this way, the annular wall 21 of the opening overlaps the collar 7.

Fig. 4.For the passage of the fastening screws, the relining plate 20 is provided with depressions 25 at a corresponding height, which are assigned to the rear of the relining plate 20 centering pins 26. When the relining plate 20 is put on, the locking ring 16 therefore engages in the opening, while the recesses 4, 5 dip into the depressions 25, cf. Fig. 4.

Due to the rearward protruding collar 22, an annular space R is present between the end portion 14 'of the neck 14 and the opening. A ball bearing 27 can be inserted into these, as shown in dash-dotted lines in FIG. 4, with further improvement in the mounting of the handle handle 12. This then represents the optimal mounting.

With a handle handle that is not used much, the locking ring 16 can be dispensed with. Then there is storage according to FIG. 7. The relining plate is also omitted in this embodiment.

In the second embodiment shown in FIGS. 8-10, the same components have the same reference numbers. The collar 7 'has sections A and B of different diameters lying in the circumferential direction and stepped. The lateral surface of the bearing bush 8 "is designed accordingly, so that it is held in a form-fitting manner by the collar 7 'and forms a rotation lock.

The locking ring 28 has a disk as the base body, in which the radial insertion opening 19 is provided.

The relining plate 29 continues into a support ring collar 30 which is concentric to the neck 14 and which forms an inwardly directed step 31 at the end. The support ring collar represents the continuation of the ring wall 21, which overlaps the collar 7 '. The locking ring 28, which cooperates with the annular groove 15 of the neck 14, is encased in the attached position by the relining plate 29 and is thus secured against radial migration out of the annular groove. Beyond the locking ring 28, the neck 14 is encompassed by a filler ring 32 which lies in the interior of the support ring collar 30 in a form-fitting manner. This provides the free end of the neck 14 with additional support.

The third embodiment shown in FIG. 11 has a differently designed relining plate 29 'compared to the aforementioned embodiment. The support ring collar protruding from the stop surface is missing there. According to the intended use, a locking ring is dispensed with. In this case, the handle handle 12 is secured by the lock, not shown, associated with the fitting. The same components are also provided with the same reference numbers here. A combination of the solutions according to FIGS. 8 and 11 is also possible.

The fitting illustrated in FIG. 12 according to the fourth embodiment largely corresponds to the fitting described in FIG. 8. The same components therefore have the same reference numbers. A securing ring 33, which in turn is the outer ring of a ball bearing 34, is now used to axially secure the neck 14 in the bearing bush 8 ″. The inner ring 35 encompasses the neck 14 and is secured against axial displacement by a flange 36. The one between the inner ring 35 and the locking ring 33 balls 37 thus hold the outer ring or circlip 33 in an axially immovable position relative to the pusher neck, which circlip 33 is supported on the front edge of the collar 7 'and, in addition to the front edge of the collar 7', overlaps the front ring surface of the bearing bush 8 "'which is at the same height. A locking ring 28 engaging in the annular groove 15 can accordingly be omitted. Furthermore, a filler ring 32 is also not required, since the corresponding space serves to accommodate the ball bearing 34. The aforementioned inner ring 35 extends in the embodiment to the front surface of the bearing bush 8 "'.
