Claims (15)

1. Baueinheit aus einem geformten Baublock (1) und einem davon getrennten Verbindungs- und Verschluß-Element (20) zum Aufbau von Mauern od. dgl. für Bauwerke, Trennwände od. dgl. durch Trockenbau oder ggf. versetzte Verbindung, wobei der Baublock in Form eines Parallelepipeds mit inneren Ausnehmungen versehen ist, die an jeder horizontalen oberen und unteren Auflagefläche ausmünden und durch Querzwischenwände getrennt sind,
bestehend aus an den oberen bzw. unteren Auflageflächen vorgesehenen und vertikal miteinander verbundenen Durchbrechungen (4) und Ausnehmungen (5) zum Anbringen des eine angepaßte Gestaltung aufweisenden Verbindungselements in horizontaler Lage,
an den vertikalen Quertrennwänden (6) angeordneten horizontal verbundenen Aussparungen (27) und Auskehlungen (28) zum Anbringen der eine angepaßte Gestaltung aufweisenden Verbindungselemente (20) in vertikaler Stellung,
an der oberen Auflagefläche wenigstens eine Nut (2) zum Sammeln des Oberflächenwassers,
an den Außenflächen der vertikalen Endwände angeordneten vertikalen Nuten (8a) und vertikalen Rippen (8b), um komplementär mit dem Verbindungselement (20) eine relative Positionierung der Blöcke, eine Abdichtung zwischen diesen und eine Abführung des Oberflächenwassers aus Richtung der einen oder mehreren Sammelnuten (2) zu gewährleisten,
sowie andererseits aus dem Verbindungs- und Verschlußelement (20) aus einem ein oder mehrteiligen Einsatz zum Anbringen in einer der Durchbrechungen (4) und Ausnehmungen (5) der oberen unteren Auflagerfläche und/oder in den Aussparungen (27) und Ausnehmungen (28) der Querwände des Blocks zur Gewährleistung einer Stabilität des Aufbaus bei und nach der Montage sowie zur extremen Abdichtung der Mauer.
2. Baublock nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmungen (5) an der unteren Auflagefläche die Form eines regelmäßigen Polygons, eines gleichseitigen Dreiecks, Vierecks, Sechsecks od. dgl. aufweisen.

Baublock nach Anspruch 1 und 2, gekennzeichnet durch drei identische Ausnehmungen (5) zum Einsetzen des unteren Teils (20a) des Verbindungselements in horizontaler Lage in die zentrale Durchbrechung (4), während der obere Teil (20b) des Elements in die eine oder andere Ausnehmung (5) am Ende des in der darüberliegenden Reihe unmittelbar darüberliegenden Baublocks bei der Montage der Blöcke in versetzter Weise und in die zentrale Ausnehmung der Baublöcke bei unversetzter Montage.

Baublock nach den Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dicke der vorderen Längswand im Niveau der Sammelnut (2) an der oberen Auflagefläche im Niveau einer jeden Ausnehmung (5) eine Durchbrechung (4) in Form eines regelmäßigen abgestumpften Polygons in einer Ebene bildet, die parallel zu der Längsmittelebene der Nut (2) verläuft.

Baublock nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die relative Lage einer jeden Durchbrechung (4) der oberen Auflagefläche gegenüber der entsprechenden inneren Ausnehmung ebenso ist, wie die Anzahl ihrer Kanten weniger eine mit den entsprechenden Kanten der Ausmündung der Ausnehmung auf der unteren Auflagefläche in unter Bildung einer Hinterschneidung leicht geneigten Ebene zusammenpassen, wobei der Rand (4a) der Durchbrechung entlang der Nut (2) auf einer geringen Höhe eine etwa vertikale Flanke aufweist, die an die entsprechende leicht geneigte Ebene der Ausnehmung durch eine schräge Schulter anschließt.

Baublock nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nuten (8a) und die Rippen (8b) zu vertikalen Abschluß und als ein Mittel zur Verbindung und Positionierung der vertikalen Flächen einander anliegender Blöcke derart angeordnet sind, daß die beiden Nuten und die beiden Rippen in annähernd diagonal gegenüberliegendem Winkel des Blocks angeordnet sind, wobei die Nuten und Rippen auf der Außenseite des Blocks in der vertikalen Ebene durch die Achse der Nut (2) zum Sammeln des Oberflächenwassers verlaufen, die sich vertikal durch das Spiel am Boden der Verbindung Nut- Rippe an jedem Ende des Blocks entleeren.

Baublock nach Anspruch 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmungen (5) durch Quertrennwände (6) getrennt sind, in deren Dicke eine Ausnehmung (7) quer zu der Länge des Blocks angeordnet ist und deren Länge mehr gegenüber dem Niveau der oberen Auflagefläche als gegenüber dem Niveau der unteren Auflagefläche reduziert ist unter Beibehaltung etwa der gleichen Weite, wobei die Verbindung der Enden der beiden Abschnitte auf einer schrägen Schulter beruht, das vertikale Profil der Ausnehmung daher etwa derjenigen einer Ausnehmung (5) in Verbindung mit der Durchbrechung (4) entspricht, die neben ihrer Stützfunktion die Selbstpositionierung eines ergänzenden Verbindungs- oder Verschlußelements von einander zugeordneter Form und Dimension erlaubt.
8. Baublock nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er eine oder zwei Ausnehmungen (24) aufweist, die an den Enden durch zwei nach außen ausmündende Ausnehmungen (25) eingerahmt sind, wobei die Abmessungen dieser Ausnehmungen einander entsprechen.

Baublock nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 7 oder 1, 7 u. 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Quertrennwände (6) je zwei Durchbrechungen (27) in symmetrischer Anordnung gegenüber oben und/ oder unten an den Trennwänden aufweisen und die Horizontalachse dieser Durchbrechungen in der Ebene der oberen und unteren Auflagefläche des Blocks liegt, daß jede Durchbrechung auf halber Länge in Längsrichtung des Blockes durch eine quer verlaufende Ausnehmung (28) unterbrochen ist, wobei die Form und Abmessungen der Durchbrechungen (27) und der Ausnehmungen (28) für eine präzise Positionierung des Einsatzes in vertikaler Stellung bestimmt sind.

Baublock nach Anspruch 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine der Längswände des Blocks in einer vertikalen Ebene zu der Achse der Nut (2) eine Reihe von Längsaussparungen (29) aufweist, die an der oberen und unteren Auflagefläche des Blocks ausmünden und eine Vertikaldrainage ermöglichen.
11. Verbindungs- und Verschlußelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es durch Injektion, Gießen, Thermoformen, Tiefziehen, spanabhebende Formgebung od. dgl. aus einem elastisch verformbaren oder anderen Werkstoff hergestellt ist.

Verbindungs- und Verschlußelement nach Anspruch 1 und 11, bestehend aus einem schulterartig abgesetzten zylindrischen Einsatz (20) aus übereinander einem unteren zylindrischen Teil (20a) und einem oberen zylindrischen Teil (20b), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Teil (20a) eine Abflachung (20c) in einem Abstand von der Achse des Einsatzes aufweist, welcher dem Eingriff des unteren Teils in die Durchbrechung (4) des Blocks bei Auflage der Abflachung (20c) auf der Kante (4a) der Durchbrechung entspricht, um ein vertikales Ausfluchten des Blocks bei der Bildung eines Auflagers oder auf der der Kante gegenüberliegenden Kante (4a) bei der Ausbildung eines Querverbindungslagers oder Widerlagers und eines Auflagers für den zylindrischen Teil (20a) gemäß einer Erzeugenden desselben auf jeder der anderen Seiten der Durchbrechung zu erreichen, wobei der obere Teil (20b) des Einsatzes in die Ausnehmung (5) des unmittelbar darüberliegenden Blocks eingreift durch Auflage des zylindrischen Teils (20b) gemäß einer Erzeugenden auf jeder der Innenwände der Ausnehmung.

Verbindungs- und Verschlußelement nach den Ansprüchen 1, 11 u. 12 zur Bildung einer Verbindung und zur Positionierung von Blöcken großer Dicke, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es einen kreisförmigen, schulterartig abgesetzten Ring (20e) mit einem inneren zylindrischen Teil aufweist, der mit einer Abflachung zum Positionieren des Einsatzes in der Durchbrechung (4) der oberen Auflagefläche des Blocks (1) versehen ist und mit einem oberen zylindrischen Teil, der ggf. mit einer Abflachung zum Eingriff in die Ausnehmung (5) des unmittelbar darüber angeordneten Blocks dient, wobei der Ring eine schulterartig abgesetzte Bohrung zur Aufnahme eines Verschlußeinsatzes (20) aufweist.
14. Verbindungs- und Verschlußelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es aus einem Teil oder aus zwei voneinander lösbaren Teilen besteht, die einen Einsatz bilden mit zwei zylindrischen Teilen (20g) von einem dem Durchmesser des oberen Teils (20b) eines Einsatzes und einen zylindrische Teil (20h) zwischen den beiden Zylinderteilen (20g), dessen Durchmesser dem Durchmesser des unteren Teils (20a) des Einsatzes entspricht und eine Abflachung (20j) aufweist.
15. Verbindungs- und Verschlußelement nach einem der Ansprüche 11, 12 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es entsprechend einem Durchmesser parallel zu der Abflachung (20c) eine Teilungsnut (20f) aufweist, mittels deren der Einsatz in zwei Halbteile teilbar ist.
