Abstract

Elle est constituée par un flan de carton ou autre matériau analogue qui présente des découpes et des lignes de pli de sorte que les diverses faces de la boîte sont assemblées entre elles par pliage et emboîtement; Les parties du flan (2, 3) formant les grands côtés de la boîte proprement dite, sont à deux épaisseurs pliées l'une contre l'autre de manière à enserrer des pattes (7) des petits côtés (6).

Description

  • La présente invention a pour objet une bôîte enregistreuse légère donc portable, réalisée en carton ou matériau similaire de rigidité suffisante tout en ayant une certaine flexibilité.
  • Cette boite, de prix de revient très bas peut d'ailleurs être jetée après utilisation de son contenu.
  • Une caractéristique de cette boite consiste en ce qu'elle est formée par un flan de carton ou autre matériau, présentant des découpes et des lignes de pli, de sorte que les diverses faces de la boite peuvent être assemblées entre elles par pliage et emboîtement.
  • Une autre caractéristique de la botte est qu'elle est divisée par le repli du carton en deux compartiments superposés dont le compartiment inférieur de volume relativement grand sert à emmagasiner le papier de facturation plié en accordéon, tandis que le compasti- ment supérieur sert à la présentation du papier pour les inscriptions à faire, le compartiment inférieur étant fermé sur le dessus par une plaque de carton résultant de la pliure du flan initial, qui donne au papier une assise suffisante pour permettre les ins- criptions. Un couvercle ajouré,maintenu par emboîtement au-dessus de la table d'écriture guide et maintientle papier tout en laissant à découvert les parties utiles de celui-ci.
  • La description qui va suivre en regard des dessins annexés, donnée à titre d'exemple, permettra de bien comprendre comment l'invention peut être réalisée, les particularités décrites ainsi que celles ressortant du dessin faisant partie de l'invention.
    • - la figure 1 représente le flan initial en carton,
    • - les figures 2, 3 et 4 sont des vues en perspective illustrant des phases successives du pliage du flan pour la réalisation de la boite,
    • - la figure 5 montre en perspective une botte terminée,
    • - les figures 6 et 7 sont des coupes de la figure 5 suivant VI-VI et VII-VII.
  • On voit sur la figure 1 la forme d'un flan en carton permettant d'obtenir par pliage et emboîtement, la boite représentée sur les figures 5 à 7.
  • Sur cette figure 1 les lignes en trait fin sont des lignes de pliage amorcées à la molette sur le carton. La partie 1 constitue le fond de la botte. Les parties 2 et 3 forment les cOtés longitudinaux à double épaisseur, chaque partie 3 se repliant vers l'intérieur de la boîte contre la partie respective 2 et étant maintenue en place par engagoment de languettes en saillie 4 dans des ouvertures oblongues 5. Les parties 6 constituent les côtés transversaux et sont prolongées par des pattes 7 qui sont engagées entre les parties 2 et 3 pliées l'une contre l'autre avant engagement des languettes 4 dans les ouvertures 5. Les parties 8 et 9 avec leurs bordures 10 et 11 sont destinées à se replier l'une sur l'autre, avec emboîtement de 11 dans 10 et à venir former sur la boite la table d'écriture. La longueur 1 de ces parties, est un peu inférieure à la dimension correspondante de la boite, de manière à aménager le long du bord ab du côté 6 de la boite, une fente (fente 12 sur la figure 6) dans laquelle pourra se déplacer le papier lorsqu'il sera tiré.
  • Enfin une autre partie 13 avec ses bordures d'emboi- tement 14 forme la partie supérieure de la boite. Cette partie 13 est largement évidée en 15 de manière à laisser apparaitre la partie utile du papier sur laquelle doivent être faites des inscriptions, le papier reposant alors sur la table assez rigide constituée par la superposition des parties 8 et 9.
  • On remarquera que la partie 8 et la partie 6 attenante sont munies sur leur ligne de pli d'un trou circulaire 16 tandis que la partie 9 est munie sur son bord libre d'une encoche semi-circulaire 17 venant se superposer au trou 16 pour permettre de saisir et de tirer commodément le papier 18 sur la table d'écriture 8 et 9, à partir du compartiment inférieur de la boite où le papier est emmagasiné par pliage en accordéon.
  • On voit que la botte décrite est légère donc portable et qu'à partir d'un flan convenablement découpé et adapté, ce qui peut se faire sur une machine, la boite peut être réalisée d'une façon très simple sans moyens particuliers d'assemblage. Elle est donc d'un prix de revient faible et peut être jetée quand la provision de papier est épuisée

Claims (6)

1. Botte enregistreuse portable constituée par un flan de carton ou autre matériau analogue qui présente des découpes et des lignes de pli de sorte que les diverses faces de la boite sont assemblées entre elles par pliage et emboîtement.
2. Boite selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que les parties du flan, formant les grands côtés de la boite proprement dits, sont à deux épaisseurs pliées l'une contre l'autre de manière à enserrer des pattes des petits côtés.
3. Boite selon la revendication 2 caractérisée en ce que les parties du grand côté pliées l'une contre l'autre sont maintenues en place par des languettes pénétrant dans des ouvertures du flan.
4. Botte selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisée en ce qu'elle est divisée en deux compartiments superposés dont le compartiment inférieur de grand volume sert à emmagasiner la réserve de papier plié en accordéon, tandis que le compartiment supérieur sert à la présentation du papier et aux inscriptions, la séparation des deux compartiments étant réalisée par un repli du flan, pour former la table d'écriture.
5. Boite selon la revendication 4 caractérisée en ce que la partie servant de table d'écriture est en double épaisseur et a une longueur moins grande que la dimension correspondante de la boite, pour aménager une fente permettant le passage du papier.
6. Botte selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le compartiment supérieur est fermé par un couvercle emboité, largement évidé pour permettre de voir la surface utile du papier.
