Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine mechanische Zielvorrichtung für Gewehre mit einem von einem Träger gehaltenen, gegenüber dem Gewehrlauf der Höhe und der Seite nach verstellbaren Korn.The invention relates to a mechanical aiming device for rifles with a grain held by a carrier and adjustable in relation to the rifle barrel in terms of height and side.

Derartige Zielvorrichtungen sind vor allem für Gewehre mit auswechselbarem Lauf bestimmt, weil dann die Kimme am lauflosen Gewehrteil fix, d.h. nicht justierbar, angeordnet und jeder Lauf für sich ein derart eingestelltes Korn erhalten kann, daß nach dem Zusammenbau stets eine richtige Treffpunktlage erreicht ist. Es muß zwar das Korn an jedem Lauf entsprechend eingestellt werden, es ist aber dann nicht erforderlich, bei jedem Laufwechsel eine neuerliche Justierung vorzunehmen. Bisher wird diese Art der Verstellung in der Weise erreicht, daß das Korn mit einer in eine radial zum Lauf gerichtete Bohrung des Kornträgers einschraubbaren Stiftschraube versehen, aber nicht koaxial zu dieser Stiftschraube angeordnet, sondern dazu seitlich versetzt ist. Es ergibt sich so ein von Korn und Stift gebildeter Exzenter, bei dessen Verdrehung das Korn die gewünschte Seitenverstellung erfährt. Da es sich dabei aber auch um eine Verdrehung der Stiftschraube in der Gewindebohrung des Kornträgers handelt, ist in ungünstiger Weise mit der Seitenverstellung des Korns auch stets ein Ein- oder Ausschrauben in die bzw. aus der Gewindebohrung und damit eine Höhenverstellung des Korns verbunden. Es lassen sich also die Seiten- und Höhenverstellung des Korn nicht unabhängig voneinander durchführen bzw. es ist mit jeder Höhenverstellung auch eine Verstellung der Seite nach und umgekehrt verbunden. Nachteilig bei der bekannten Justiermöglichkeit des Korns wird auch empfunden, daß das Korn bei einem vorhandenen, vorzugsweise tunnelförmigen Kornschutz in eine asymmetrische Lage innerhalb des Kornschutzes kommt, wenn ein Seitenversatz notwendig ist, wobei die asymmetrische Lage des Korns das Zielen erschwert, weil der Schütze unwillkürlich immer versucht, das Korn optisch in das Zentrum bzw. in die Mittellinie des Korntunnels od. dgl. zu bringen.So far, this type of adjustment has been achieved in such a way that the grain is provided with a stud screw which can be screwed into a bore of the grain carrier directed radially to the barrel, but is not arranged coaxially with this stud screw, but is laterally offset. Aus der FR-A-1 273 241 ist auch eine Zielvorrichtung bekannt, bei der in einem Ansatz an der Oberseite eines Gewehrlaufes eine in diesen reichende Radialbohrung vorhanden ist, in der ein zylindrischer Bolzen höhenverschieb- und verdrehbar angeordnet ist. Der Bolzen ist an seiner außenliegenden Stirnseite mit einem zu seiner Drehachse exzentrisch angeordneten Korn ausgestatter und in seiner Höhenlage gegenüber dem Gewehrlauf durch eine in einem Gewinde einer Querbohrung des Ansatzes eingeschraubten, an der glatten Mantelfläche des Bolzens angreifenden Stellschraube fixierbar. Durch Verdrehung des Bolzens wird eine Seitenverstellung des Korns erreicht. Nachteilig bei dieser Konstruktion ist, daß zur Seiten- oder Höhenverstellung des Korns die Stellschraube gelockert werden muß. Danach muß der Bolzen von Hand aus solange entweder gehoben oder gesenkt werden bis die gewünschte Höhenlage erreicht ist, worauf der Bolzen in dieser Lage durch Anziehen der Stellschraube gesichert werden muß. Zur seitlichen Einstellung des Korns muß jedoch die Stellschraube gelockert werden, um den Bolzen verdrehen zu können. Bei Lockerung der Stellschraube fällt jedoch der Bolzen aufgrund seines Eigengewichtes in die Bohrung, da es nicht möglich ist ihn von Hand aus in der bereits eingestellten Höhenlage zu halten und gleichzeitig zur Seiteneinstellung des Korns zu verdrehen. Die Verstellung des Korns der Höhe nach durch mehr oder weniger Einschrauben in die Radialbohrung des Trägers hat auf die Seitenlage des Korn selbstverständlich keinen Einfluß, so daß die Kornversetzung der Höhe und der Seite nach voneinander vollkommen unabhängig durchführbar ist. Da jeweils nur eine Schraube betätigt zu werden braucht, ist die Justierung verhältnismäßig einfach, und es weist die gesamte Konstruktion keine Teile auf, die mit besonderer Präzision hergestellt werden müßten oder erhöhter Verletzungsgefahr ausgesetzt sind. Claims (5)

1. A mechanical sighting device for rifles, comprising a front sight (6), which is held by a carrier (3) and is adjustable relative to the barrel (1) of the rifles in height and laterally, characterized in that the carrier (3) is pivotally movable about the barrel (1) of the rifle for a lateral adjustment of the front sight (6), a finger (2) is provided, which is secured to the barrel (1) of the rifle and on which an adjusting screw (11) is supported, which is movably mounted in the carrier (3) on an axis which normally crosses the pivotal axis of the carrier, and the front sight (6) is adjustable in height because it has been screwed into a bore (5) of the carrier (3), which preferably constitutes a front sight tunnel (4) and in which said bore is radial to its pivotal axis.

A device according to claim 1, characterized in that the adjusting screw (11) consists of a headless screw and has a central annular groove (10), into which an end bead (9) of the finger (2) extends, and the carrier (3) has a slot (12), through which the finger (2) extends into the bore for the adjusting screw (11).

A device according to claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the adjusting screw (11) is formed at its periphery with detent recesses (15), the pinlike front sight (6) is enlarged in width to form a disk (7), which has detent recesses (6) on its underside, resiliently urged apart locking members (19, 20) are provided in the carrier in a common bore (17), which is parallel to the axis of the front sight, and extend into the detent recesses (15,16) of the adjusting screw (11) and of the disk.
4. A device according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that a spring (13) is provided, which bears on the finger (2) adjacent to the slot of the carrier (3) and urges a side face of the annular groove (10) in the adjusting screw (11) against the end bead (9).
5. A device according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the carrier (3) is provided at its rear with an additional front sight (22), which belongs to a night sighting device and is adapted to be swung up.
