Claims (10)

1. Polarisiertes elektromagnetisches Relais mit magnetischer Sperrung, insbesondere für eine Auslösevorrichtung eines Schutzschalters mit:
- einer festen Magnetschaltung (12) aus ferromagnetischem Material mit einem röhrenförmigen Joch (20), das an seinen entgegengesetzten Enden mit einem ersten und zweiten parallelen Flansch (22, 24) verbunden ist, die sich senkrecht zur Längsachse des Joches (20) erstrecken,
- einem ringförmigen Dauermagnet (14) mit Axial-Magnetisierung, dessen koplanare stirnseitige Oberflächen von entgegengesetzter Polarität mit der Innenwand des ersten Flansches (22) bzw. einer der Flächen eines Shunts (26, 126) zur Verteilung des Magnetflusses in Kontakt kommen,
- einem beweglichen Anker (16), der axial gleitbar montiert ist gemäss der Richtung der Längsachse zwischen einer Sperrlage und einer Auslöselage, wobei der genannte Anker (16) von einer Rückholfeder (36) in die Auslöselage gebracht wird, und sich in der Sperrlage gegen den Shunt (26) gedrückt befindet durch die magnetische Anziehungskraft des Dauermagneten (14) von höherer Intensität als die Gegenkraft der Rückholfeder (36),
-einem Betätigungselement (18), das mit dem Anker (16) verbunden ist und axial eine Öffnung (42) des zweiten Flansches (24) durchquert, wobei der Anker (16) und das Betätigungselement (18) das bewegliche Schaltteil des Relais (10) bilden, - einem ersten axialen Luftspalt (d), der dem Zwischenraum zwischen dem Shunt (26) und dem beweglichen Anker (16) entspricht,
- einer festen Steuerspule (30), die koaxial auf einer Isolierhülse (32) montiert ist, im Innern des Jochs (20) und den beweglichen Anker (16) umgebend und sich axial zwischen dem Shunt (26) und dem beweglichen Flansch (24) erstreckt, wobei die Erregung der genannten Spule (30) in der Magnetschaltung (12) einen Steuer-Magnetfluss (0c) erzeugt, der in dem ersten Luftspalt (d) dem Polarisationsfluss (0") des Dauermagneten (14) entgegenwirkt, so um den Anker (16) zu befreien und seine Bewegung von der Sperrlage in die Auslöselage unter Wirkung der Rückholfeder (36) zu ermöglichen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Flansch (24) der Magnetschaltung (12) mit einer festen inneren, röhrenförmigen Muffe (46) aus ferromagnetischem Material ausgerüstet ist, die sich teilweise in einem ringförmigen Raum erstreckt, der koaxial zwischen der Hülse (32) und dem beweglichen Anker (16) vorgesehen ist, wobei letzterer von der genannten Muffe (46) durch einen zweiten radialen Luftspalt (|1) getrennt ist, der während der geradlinigen Bewegung des Ankers (16) gleichförmig bleibt, und dass der Abstand (L) zur Axial-Überdeckung des Ankers (16) durch die Muffe (46) in der Sperrlage des Relais (10) grösser ist als die Dicke (11) des zweiten Flansches (24) und/oder die Dicke (12) des Jochs (20).
2. Elektromagnetisches Relais gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsmittel zur Axialbewegung des beweglichen Schaltteils ein vorbestimmtes radiales Spiel (j2) mit dem beweglichen Anker (16) festlegen, wobei die Dicke des genannten Spiels (j2) geringer ist als die des zweiten radialen Luftspaltes 01), der zwischen der Muffe (46) und dem Anker (16) vorgesehen ist.

Elektromagnetisches Relais gemäss Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegungs-Führungsmittel einen ringförmigen Kragen (44) aufweisen, der mit der Isolierhülse (32) der Spule (30) gegossen wird, und dass sich die genannte Muffe (46) axial bis in die Nähe des genannten Kragens (44) erstreckt.
4. Elektromagnetisches Relais gemäss Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegungs-Führungsmittel mit einer unmagnetischen Hülle (144) versehen sind, die axial zwischen der Muffe (46) und dem Shunt (126) eingefügt ist.

Elektromagnetisches Relais gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Shunt (26) eine Sättigungscharakteristik aufweist und sich radial gemäss einer zum ersten Flansch (22) parallelen Richtung erstreckt, um mit der seitlichen inneren Oberfläche des Jochs (20) in Kontakt zu kommen, wobei die Dicke des genannten Shunts (26) in seinem engsten Teil geringer ist als die Dicke des Dauermagneten (14) und/oder der Dicke des Jochs (20).

Elektromagnetisches Relais gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückholfeder (36) von der Kompressionsart ist, und dass der Anker (16) mit einem blinden axialen Loch (34) versehen ist, zum Unterbringen eines Teils der genannten Feder (36), wobei letztere den Shunt (26) und den ringförmigen Dauermagneten (14) durchquert und sich dabei mit ihrem entgegengesetzten Ende auf eine zentrale Erhebung (38) des ersten Flansches (22) stützt.
7. Elektromagnetisches Relais gemäss Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein elastisches Plättchen (56) von gebogener Form zwischen einer der Stirnseiten der Spule (30) und dem zweiten Flansch (24) eingefügt ist, um automatisch das axiale Spiel bei der Montage der verschiedenen, das Relais (10) bildenden Elemente aufzuholen, und dass das genannte Plättchen (56) ein Teil der Isolierhülse (32) der Spule (30) ist.

Elektromagnetisches Relais gemäss Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (32) eine radiale Lasche (48) aufweist, die aus einem Schlitz (50) des Jochs (20) hervorragt, um gleichzeitig ein Sperrmittel für die Rotation der Spule (30) und einen Verbindungsträger der Anschlussdrähte der Spule (30) zu bilden.
9. Elektromagnetisches Relais gemäss einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der äussere Radius des ringförmigen Dauermagneten (14) grösser als seine Dicke ist, wobei letztere dem axialen Abstand entspricht, der den ersten Flansch (22) und den Shunt (26) trennt, und dass die von der Spule (30) beanspruchte Länge wenigstens höher als die Hälfte der Gesamtlänge des Relais (10) ist.
10. Elektromagnetisches Relais gemäss dem Anspruch 1, 6, 7, 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Shunt (126) radial von dem Joch (20) durch einen Zwischenraum (e2) getrennt ist, dessen Ausmass grösser ist als die Dicke (12) des Jochs (20).
