Claims (7)

1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Fahrbahnbelagsmaterial aus einem Material, zurückgewonnen durch Kaltfräsen von Oberflächenschichten von Strassen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Fräsen in das gefräste Material in einer vorgegebenen Menge, eine flüssig-wässrige oder organische oder organisch-wässrige Masse eingebracht wird, wobei besagte Menge so berechnet wird, dass in einem Arbeitsgang ein Material mit einem optimalen Gehalt an Verdichtungsflüssigkeit erhalten wird.
2. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als flüssige Masse Wasser, ein Lösungsmittel oder ein Gemisch organischer Lösungsmittel, ein Bindemittel oder ein Gemisch organischer Bindemittel oder eine Emulsion verwendet wird, wie beispielsweise eine Bitumen-oder Teeremulsion:
3. Verfahren nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Menge flüssiger, einzubringender Masse in Abhängigkeit von der Masse gefrästen Materials, der Sieblinie des gefrästen Materials, der Kantigkeit der Körner und der zulässigen Verdichtungsenergie berechnet wird.
4. Verfahren nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aus einem zusätzlichen Arbeitsgang des Mischens des gefrästen, mit der Flüssigmasse vermischten Materials besteht.
5. Maschine für das Kaltfräsen von Oberfiächenschichten von Fahrbahnbelägen zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Lagervorrichtung für die Flüssigmasse, eine Vorrichtung zum Einbringen der Flüssigmasse in die Fräszone und eine Vorrichtung zum Dosieren der in das gefräste Material eingebrachten Flüssigmasse enthält.
6. Maschine nach Patentanspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dosiervorrichtung für die Flüssigmasse eine Dosierpumpe ist, deren Drehzahl an die Vorrückgeschwindigkeit der Maschine angepasst ist.
7. Verwendung des gefrästen, durch das Verfahren nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 4 gewonnenen, Materials für die Herstellung von Tragschichten, Abgleichschichten oder Verschleissschichten von Strassen.
