Claims (7)

1. Fenêtre à tabatière basculante pour un toit en pente, comportant un dormant (1), à proximité de la barre supérieure duquel deux bras (9) sont fixés de manière à pouvoir pivoter, une fenêtre (2) monté de manière à pouvoir basculer et pivoter entre lesdits bras de telle sorte que la face extérieure de la fenêtre peut pivoter vers l'intérieur, et des moyens prévus pour supporter le poids de la fenêtre, qui a été amenée dans une position ouverte par relèvement des bras par pivotement, caractérisée en ce que lesdits bras (9) sont combinés de manière à former un châssis auxiliaire (4), au moyen d'un tube d'accouplement (12) monté de manière à pouvoir pivoter dans le dormant, et que pour supporter le poids de la fenêtre ouverte, au moins un ressort précontraint de flexion (torsion) (16), enroulé sous une forme hélicoïdale, est monté autour du tube d'accouplement (12), et qu'il est prévu des moyens réglables de friction (15) servant à compenser des différences entre la force désirée et la force délivrée par le ressort.
2. Fenêtre à tabatière basculante selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de friction sont constitués par deux bagues de friction (15), qui sont serrées chacune entre un bras (9) du châssis auxiliaire et un bras (6) du dormant, qui est fixé solidement dans ce dernier, que la force de frottement, à laquelle le châssis auxiliaire pivotant (4) est soumis de la part des bagues de friction (15), est réglable à l'aide d'au moins un écrou de serrage (10), et que, par ailleurs une rondelle-ressort (14) est logée entre la face de butée de l'écrou de serrage et le bras respectif (6) du châssis.
3. Fenêtre à tabatière basculante selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que l'écrou de serrage (10) est vissé sur l'extrémité d'un tirant (13) qui s'étend à travers le tube d'accouplement (12).
4. Fenêtre à tabatière basculante selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le tube d'accouplement (12) est réuni rigidement aux bras (9) du châssis auxiliaire grâce au fait que des tétons (11), qui font saillie axialement à partir des deux extrémités du tube, s'engagent dans des ouvertures ménagées dans les bras du châssis auxiliaire.

Fenêtre à tabatière basculante selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une barre de verrouillage (24) peut être déplacée entre une première position de verrouillage, dans laquelle la fenêtre (2) est verrouillée avec un certain jeu par rapport au châssis auxiliaire (4), et une seconde position de verrouillage, dans laquelle le châssis auxiliaire (4), dans sa position d'ouverture maximale, est verrouillé par rapport au dormant (1).
6. Fenêtre à tabatière basculante selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une extrémité du ressort de torsion (16) est fixée dans une ouverture ménagée dans le dormant et que son autre extrémité est raccordée à un manchon porte-ressort (18) qui est monté de manière à pouvoir tourner autour du tube d'accouplement (12) et peut être entraînée en rotation au moyen d'une clavette de mise en tension, dans une position dans laquelle un organe de verrouillage (21) devant être monté verrouille le manchon porte-ressort (18) sur le tube d'accouplement (12).
