Solche Getränkebehälter sind in Form von Flaschen, versiegelten Bechern, Faltpackungen usw. bekannt. Flaschen können mit einem abreißbaren Verschluß, einem Schraubverschluß, einem Korken oder ähnlichen Verschlüssen ausgestattet sein. Nach Abnahme des Verschlusses wird entweder direk aus der Flasche getrunken oder es wird in sie ein Trinkhalm eingeführt, der in den meisten Fällen ein loses Sonderzubehör darstellt und daher nicht immer zur Hand ist. Bei anderen Behältern muß entweder der Behälter geöffnet werden ode man kann auch, insbesondere bei Faltpackungen, eine eigens dafür vorgesehene Schwachstelle in der Behälterwandung mit einem als Zubehör zum Behälter gereichten Trinkhalm durchstoßen, den Trinkhalm ins Innere des Behälters einführen und mit seiner Hilfe trinken. Bei allen bekannten Ausführungen sind Manipulationen mit dem Trinkhalm notwendig, so daß die Anforderungen der Hygiene nicht erfüllt sind. Es läßt sich praktisch nicht vermeiden, daß der Trinkhalm in seiner ganzen Länge angefaßt wird und daß auch Handhabungen im unmittelbaren Einführbereich des Trinkhalmes stattfinden, so daß dort eine Verschmutzung möglich ist bzw. Keime eingeschleppt werden können. P a t e n t a n s p r ü c h e : Patent claims:

Getränkebehälter mit durch einen Verschluß gesicherter Trinköffnung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein in den Behälter (1, 17, 20 bis 22, 26, 34) tauchender Trinkhalm (8, 8a, 8b, 8c, 8d) dicht durch die Trinköffnung (5) herausgeführt und bleibend mit dem Behälter oder einem Behälterverschluß (27, 27a, 35, 36, 37, 38) verbunden ist, daß das aus der Trinköffnung herausragende Halmende (7, 7a, 7b, 7c, 7d) seinerseits einen Verschluß (14, 15) aufweist und daß dieses Halmende mit wenigstens einem Knie (12, 12a, 12b, 12c, 12d) versehen ist, an dem es aus einer am Behälter bzw. Verschluß anliegenden oder in diesen versenkten Transportstellung in eine Trinkstellung aufbiegbar ist.1.
