Description

The present invention relates to a device comprising several juxtaposable elements, and in particular slabs of a new type, capable of being assembled together, in order to constitute a floor covering, a raised floor, or a suspended ceiling. . Such a device can be used, for example, to quickly build a raised floor, placed directly on a clay floor, or even on the grass of a meadow. One of the possible applications for this device relates to outdoor activities, camping or caravanning. Another application relates to the manufacture of a raised floor, above a slab in more or less good condition, with the possibility of passing pipes or electrical wires, above the slab, under the false floor. floor.

There are known juxtaposable tiles that can be used to form a removable floor covering. Tiles of this type are described, for example, in French patent 2,497,534.

L'expérience montre qu'un tel dispositif connu présente divers inconvénients:

  • - d'une part, en ce qui concerne les facilités de montage;
  • - d'autre part, pour la stabilité de l'ensemble ainsi constitué;
Experience shows that such a known device has various drawbacks:
  • - on the one hand, with regard to assembly facilities;
  • - on the other hand, for the stability of the assembly thus formed;
  • - And finally, by the incomplete nature of the assembly thus achievable, in particular when it is a floor covering, or a false floor.

The object of the present invention is to avoid these drawbacks, by producing a device grouping several types of elements, including slabs using, with significant improvements, the principle known by French patent 2,497,534.

  • - un premier temps, pendant lequel on présente chaque doigt d'un organe de fixation mâle dans l'embrèvement supérieur de chaque encoche en queue d'aronde, la face oblique du doigt étant appliquée contre la face oblique de même orientation de l'embrèvement, ce qui assure un positionnement précis des organes de verrouillage et des dalles les uns en face des autres;
A device according to the invention comprises various juxtaposable elements, including slabs all identical to each other, each of which is made of a piece of molded material, which has several hollow feet secured to its underside under the surface of which they are distributed. , while, on its periphery, are also distributed fixing and hooking members, some of which are of the male type, with a dovetail tenon, provided with a lower pawl, provided with a spout horizontal snap support, while others are of the female type, constituted by a notch of the same shape as the dovetail, with a notch in the shape of an inverted U, and it is characterized in that the vertical bottom of each dovetail notch has, in its central part, a recess which defines an oblique entry ramp, inclined upwards, towards the interior of the slab, so that at the time of assembly of two adjacent slabs, the operator ion takes place in two stages, namely:
  • - A first step, during which each finger of a male fixing member is presented in the upper recess of each dovetail notch, the oblique face of the finger being applied against the oblique face of the same orientation of the recess , which ensures precise positioning of the locking members and of the slabs opposite one another;
  • - A second step, which consists simply of pressing the slab comprising the male elements downwards relative to the slab comprising the female elements, to perform by clipping, an easy and automatically guided locking thanks to the first step.

According to another characteristic of the invention, each slab has, on its upper face, several openings, each of which corresponds to the interior space of a foot, each of these openings being square and provided, below the level of the slab, of eight lateral openings, cut two in each of the four walls of the foot, to receive the hooking and latching members of a square cover intended to hide the opening, these members comprising, on the underside of the square cover, two hooks along the same side and projecting downward, and two snap hooks with oblique entry ramps projecting under the opposite parallel side of the cover, the latter therefore being devoid of any member or hook locking or latching on the two remaining sides, which are parallel to each other. Thanks to this arrangement, it is possible to present a cover without any marking opposite any opening: the four snap-fastening members of the cover are automatically faced with four of the eight openings cut in the internal walls of the foot.

Chacune d'elles a une forme générale carée ou rectangulaire et sa structure générale est du type décrit au brevet français 2 497 534.Each slab 1 referenced in the drawings 1, 11, 21, 31, is made in one piece from injected plastic. All of these tiles are identical to each other. Each of them has a shape generally square or rectangular and its general structure is of the type described in French patent 2,497,534.

However, the device according to the invention is characterized by the combination of the following elements, which alone allow efficient and reliable assembly, without having to resort to the use of tools.

Cette rampe est surmontée par un bec horizontal de retenue 9.Each slab 1, 11, 21, 31, on two adjacent sides 2, dovetail notches 3, capable of receiving dovetail studs 4, which equip the other two sides 5. Each stud 4 has, in its central part, a flexible tongue 6 which ends downwards, by a locking pawl 7 provided, at the front, with an oblique ramp 8. This ramp is surmounted by a horizontal retaining spout 9.

This notch 10 is surmounted by an oblique ramp 15, inclined both upwards and in the direction of the central part of the slab. In addition, it is clearly seen in FIG. 3, that the inclined ramp 15 opens onto the upper face of the slab 1, by a line 12, offset with respect to the corresponding line 13 of the notch 3, following a spacing 14 in direction of the center of the slab 1.

Furthermore, the underside of each slab 1, 11, 21, 31 has five feet 16 projecting downward. Each foot has the shape of a hollow bucket having the profile of a pyramid-shaped trunk with a square base. The lower transverse wall 17 of each foot 16 has, in its center, an opening 18, while its outer wall (located below the foot 16), is provided with raised pins 48, allowing adhesion, both on loose soil, only on a rough concrete slab.

At the upper part of each of these four side walls, each leg 16 has two openings 19, located at the same level. Thus, we see in Figures 4 and 6, that each leg 16 has, at its upper part, eight lateral openings 19, distributed over its periphery.

  • - deux crochets 25, le long d'un même côté 26;
These openings are surmounted by a transverse rim 20, which projects towards the inside of the bucket, at a distance 22 below the horizontal upper wall of the slab. This distance 22 corresponds to the thickness 23 of each cover 24 (Figure 5). This cover has a square shape and, under its underside, exceed four fixing members, namely:
  • - two hooks 25, along the same side 26;
  • - two hooks 27, along the opposite parallel side 28. In other words, there are no hooks along the other two sides 29 and 30.

Les crochets 25 ont un bec d'accrochage simple 32, tourné vers l'extérieur du couvercle 24.The hooks 25 have a simple hooking spout 32, turned towards the outside of the cover 24.

The hooks 27 have an opposite orientation, that is to say that their hooking beak 33 is turned in the opposite direction, also towards the outside of the cover 24, but under each beak 33, there is a ramp d oblique click 34. The spacing of the two hooks 27 is the same as that of the two hooks 25, namely the same as that of two openings 19 of a foot 16.

Finally, the upper part of each slab 1, 11, 21, 31, is provided with raised pins 35, to prevent the ground from being slippery.

Le dispositif selon l'invention comprend par ailleurs des rampes périphériques inclinées 36, et des pièces d'angle obliques 37.The device according to the invention also comprises inclined peripheral ramps 36, and oblique corner pieces 37.

Each inclined ramp element 36 has an oblique upper face 38 which joins the ground level, to end, at the front, by a vertical wall 39, capable of being applied against one of the peripheral vertical walls of a slab 1, 11, 21, 31. For this purpose, each access ramp 36 has, on its face 39, vertical notches 40, in a number equal to that of the tenons and mortises 3, 4, equipping each side with a slab 1. In addition, outside each vertical face 39, protrude hooks of two types, 41 and 42, each having its beak oriented upwards, so as to be able to hang under the peripheral rim 43 (FIG. 3) of a slab 1 or 11.

Thanks to this arrangement, each element with oblique access ramp 36 can be applied against any side 2 or 5 of a slab such as 1, regardless of whether this side is fitted with pins 4 in relief, or d '' 3 indentations.

Each oblique ramp element 36 has, in turn, under its upper face 38, a vertical flange 44, directed downward at each end.

Ce rebord 44 peut venir:

  • - soit se juxtaposer au rebord 44 analogue d'un autre élément oblique 36;
This flange 44 can come:
  • - Either juxtapose the rim 44 similar to another oblique element 36;
  • - Or receive the side hooks 45 of a corner element 37.

Le fonctionnement est le suivant:The operation is as follows:

L'expérience montre que ce fonctionnement est particulièrement simple, rendu possible par la structure particulière des éléments illustrés sur la figure 3.When one wants to juxtapose several tiles 1, 11, 21, 31, it suffices to present the male pawls 7 on one face to the inclined ramps 15 on the other. The oblique face 8 of the pawl 7 then bears on the inclined ramp 15, which ensures good positioning of the two slabs 1 and 11 relative to one another. Once this positioning has been ensured at first, a second step of the maneuver is carried out, by pressing down the slab 11, relative to the slab 1. Thus, the tongues 6 of the pawls 7 of the slab 11 flex, to cross the lower edge 46 of the ramp 15 under which then returns to be fixed, by snap-fastening, the stopper 9. Experience shows that this operation is particularly simple, made possible by the particular structure of the elements illustrated in FIG. 3 .

Une fois cette opération terminée, la face inférieure du couvercle 24 repose, par sa périphérie, sur les rebords 20, si bien que sa face supérieure affleure automatiquement avec le sommet de la dalle 1.Furthermore, on the feet 16 which it is desired to close, it suffices to present on the opening of each, a cover 24, the orientation of which does not have to be identified. Indeed, whatever the orientation of the cover 24, one begins by engaging the spouts 32 of the two hooks 25, in two of the openings 19 of the foot 16, after which the oblique faces 34 of the opposite hooks bear on the opposite edge of the upper side of the plate 1: it suffices to force this part of the cover 24, the spouts 33 of which come in turn, to snap into the opposite openings 19. Once this operation is complete, the lower face of the cover 24 rests, by its periphery, on the flanges 20, so that its upper face is flush with the top of the slab 1.

When a false floor has been produced in this way, its periphery is completed by hooking the oblique ramps 36, and, in the corners, the construction is completed by the installation of the triangular elements 37.

Claims (7)

1. Device comprising various elements which can befitted together, including slabs (1), (11), (21), (31) which are all identical with one another and each of which is produced from a piece of moulded material and possesses a plurality of hollow feet (16) fixed to its lower face, below the surface of which they are distributed, whereas on its periphery are likewise distributed fixing and attachment members, some of these being of male type, having a dovetail tenon (4) provided with a lower latch (7), provided with a horizontal latching support nose (9), whereas others are of female type, constituted by a notch (3) of the same shape as the dovetail, having a lower scalloping (10) in the shape of an inverted U, characterized in that the vertical base of each dovetail notch (3) possesses, in its central part, a recess which defines an oblique entry ramp (15), inclined upwards towards the interior of the slab (1), (11), (21), (31), so that when two adjacent slabs (1), (11) are assembled the operation takes place in two stages, namely:
- a first stage in which each latch (7) of a male fixing member is positioned in the upper recess (15) of each. dovetail notch (3), the oblique face (8) of the latch (7) being applied against the oblique face of like orientation (15) of the recess, which ensures exact positioning of the locking members and of the slabs opposite to one another;
- a second stage, which consists in simply forcibly pressing the slab (11) possessing the male elements downwards relative to the slab (1) possessing the female elements, in order to bring about, by clipping, simple and automatically guided locking by virtue of the first stage.
2. Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that each slab (1), (11), (21), (31) possesses, on its upper face, a plurality of apertures each of which corresponds to the interior space of a foot (16), each of these apertures being square and provided, below the level of the slab, with eight lateral apertures (19), two of these apertures being cut in each of the four walls of the foot (16), in order to receive the fixing (25) and latching (27) members of a square lid (24) intended to mask the aperture, these members possessing, on the lower face of the square lid (24), two brackets (25) protruding downwards, along a single side (26), and two latching brackets (27) having an oblique entry ramp (34) protruding below the opposite parallel side (28) of the lid (24), the latter thus being devoid of any locking or latching bracket or member on the remaining two sides (29) and (30), which are mutually parallel, so that a lid (24) can be positioned, without any reference marks, opposite any aperture at the top of a foot (16), four latching members of the lid (24) automatically being situated opposite four of the eight apertures (19).
3. Device according to either of the preceding claims, characterized in that the lower transverse wall (17) of each foot (16) possesses on its outer face projecting barbs (48) for adhesion.
4. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the inner walls of each foot (16) have, above the apertures (19), a transverse peripheral edge (20) projecting towards the interior of the cup, at a distance (22) below the horizontal upper wall of the slab (1), (11), (21), (31), this distance (22) being substantially equal to the thickness (23) of each lid (24).
5. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the upper face of each slab (1), (11), (21), (31), is provided with projecting barbs (35).
6. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it also comprises inclined ramp (38) elements (36) whose front vertical wall (39) possesses vertical notches (40) and brackets of two types (41), (42), which enables it to hook against the lateral edge (43) of the slab (1), (11), (21), (31), either on a side having locking tenons (4) or on a side having dovetail notches (3).
7. Device according to any one of the preceeding claims, characterized in that it also comprises oblique corner pieces (37) whose lateral brackets (45) are provided in order to hook under the end edge (44) of an inclined ramp (38) element (36).
