B. Diese bekannte Anlage wurde mit dem Ziel entwickelt, den Treibdampfbedarf gegenüber bekannten Anlagen dieser Art zu reduzieren und die thermische Belastung von Speiseöl, zu dessen Behandlung die Anlage bevorzugt eingesetzt wird, im Hinblick auf die besondere thermische und oxidative Empfindlichkeit der natürlichen Ölstabilisatoren so gering wie möglich zu halten. Ferner soll mit der bekannten Anlage eine bessere Wärmerücktauschmöglichkeit zwischen ab- und zulaufender Flüssigkeit erreicht werden. Eine weitere durch die DE-C 32 27 669 bekannte Anlage dieser Art mit mehreren hintereinander arbeitenden und untereinander in Dampf- und Flüssigkeitsleitung stehenden Fallfilmverdampfern wurde mit der Zielsetzung entwickelt, in einem einzigen fortlaufenden Verfahrensablauf den Anteil an freien Fettsäuren und anderen Leichtsiedern im Endprodukt auf wenigstens 0.03 Gewichtsprozent abzusenken, dabei den Treibdampfbedarf gegenüber der aus der DE-A 29 14101 bekannten Anlage noch weiter zu verringern und den Gesamtenergiebedarf pro Tonne Fertigöl erheblich abzusenken.
