Abstract

Dispositif pour cultiver le sol, comme une herse ou un outil correspondant comportant un châssis (1) ou autre, sur lequel sont fixés des mécanismes pour cultiver le sol (2, 3) qui sont conçus pour pénétrer, pendant l'avancement de l'outil, dans le sol (5) afin de l'ameublir et de le répartir. Le dispositif est caractérisé en particulier par des mécanismes (2, 3) comportant au moins un arbre rotatif (2) ou autre orienté principalement transversalement par rapport à la direction de transfert de l'outil par des dispositifs (3) pour cultiver le sol saillant à partir de l'arbre rotatif et par le fait que de préférence chacun desdits dispositifs (3) pour cultiver le sol comporte une première partie (6) disposée de manière pivotante sur l'arbre rotatif (2) ou autre et saillant principalement radialement à partir de celui-ci, ainsi qu'une seconde partie (7) en connexion avec ladite première partie (6) et s'étendant principalement perpendiculairement par rapport à ladite première partie et, de ce fait, principalement parallèle à l'arbre rotatif (2) ou autre, un dispositif (3) généralement en forme de L étant formé, le pivot (8) permettant la rotation dudit dispositif dans un plan apparenté à l'arbre (2) principalement radialement et longitudinalement, ladite seconde partie (7) étant rapprochable et écartable dudit arbre (2); ainsi, pendant l'avancement de l'outil et la rotation de l'arbre (2) ou autre dans une direction correspondant à un déplacement par roulement contre le sol (5), une culture du sol est effectuée tout d'abord grâce à l'insertion de la seconde partie (7) et son avancement à travers le sol (5), le dispositif (3) pouvant tourner pendant la rotation et pouvant ainsi se plier contre l'arbre (2) dans ledit plan.
