Description
- L'invention se rapporte à un dispositif d'articulation de la base d'un mât et au mât articulé à l'aide d'un tel dispositif.
- Elle s'applique plus particulièrement mais non exclusivement aux mâts d'antennes émettrices ou réceptrices provisoires utilisées à des fins tant militaires que civiles.
- Lorsque l'on veut disposer d'une antenne provi- soirefacilementtransportable etd'une duréede mise en oeuvre très brève, on utilise généralement pour la supporter un mât léger, de préférence tubulaire maintenu vertical par un haubanage pour lequel sont utilisés des câbles rattachés d'une part non loin de la tête du mât et d'autre part à l'extrémité apparente de piquets enfoncés dans le sol.
- Sur les lieux de mise en œuvre, le mât est déposé sur le sol pour être équipé de son antenne et des câbles destinés à son haubanage.
- Ensuite, pour redresser ce mât, on en décolle la tête du sol pour permettre qu'en se plaçant derrière sa base, on puisse, en exerçant une traction équilibrée sur au moins deux câbles rattachés non loin de sa tête relever progressivement la tête du mât tandis que sa base reste appuyée au sol.
- Des variations de résistance du terrain résultent des conditions différentes de réaction du sol lors des sollicitations en vue du relevage et un maintien difficile de cette base.
- Pour faciliter cette opération, on connaît (US-A-3 110 368) un dispositif d'articulation qui comprend:
- - un moyen fixé dans le sol et,
- - une embase elle-même pourvue, d'un côté, d'un moyen de fixation à la base du mât et, de l'autre côte, de deux plaques parallèles dans lesquelles sont découpées des ouvertures débouchant à l'extrémité libre de la plaque pour former des fourches de largeur au moins égale au diamètre d'un tourillon d'axe horizontal porté par le moyen fixé au sol.
- Un résultat que l'invention vise à obtenir est un dispositif facilitant encore plus cette opération.
- A cet effet, elle a pour objet un dispositif du type précité notamment caractérisé en ce que, d'une part, ce moyen fixé au sol pour coopérer avec l'embase consiste en un piquet enfoncé dans le sol et dont l'extrémité apparente est traversée par un tourillon horizontal s'engageant dans les fourches de l'embase et d'autre part, en ce que ce piquet est identique à ceux utilisés pour le haubanage.
- Elle sera bien comprise à l'aide de la description ci-après faite, à titre d'exemple non limitatif, en regarde du dessin ci-annexé qui représente schématiquement:
- figure 1: en vue de face, la base d'un mât équipé du dispositif de l'invention,
- figure 2: une vue de profil de la figure 1.
- En se reportant au dessin, on voit que le mât 1 est tubulaire et peut être relevé ou rabattu par oscillation autour de sa base 2. Pour faciliter cette manoeuvre, cette base 2 est pourvue d'un dispositif d'articulation 3 du mât par rapport au sol 4.
- Le dispositif comprend une embase 6 pourvue, d'un côté, d'un moyen 7 de fixation à la base 2 du mât et, de l'autre côté, de deux plaques parallèles 8 dans lesquelles sont découpées des ouvertures 10 débouchant à l'extrémité libre 9 de la plaque pourfor- merdes fourches de largeur au moins égaie au diamètre d'un tourillon 11 d'axe horizontal porté par un moyen 12 fixé au sol 4.
- Selon une caractéristique essentielle de l'invention, d'une part, le moyen 12 fixé au sol 4 consiste en un piquet enfoncé dans le sol et dont l'extrémité apparente 13 est traversée par un tourillon 11 d'axe horizontal s'engageant dans les fourches de l'embase et d'autre part ce piquet est identique à ceux utilisés pour le haubanage.
- Le moyen 7 de fixation de l'embase 6 consiste en un corps cylindrique 14 engagé dans le logement axial 15 du mât 1 jusqu'à butée de l'embase 6 contre la face d'extrémité 16.
- Ce dispositif pourra par exemple être réalisé en aluminium moulé.
