Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a vibration drive for devices and tools by means of the mass of a motor vibratingly moved by a flywheel and / or an eccentric, which forms at least with a connecting part a drive unit which is held in or on the device housing so as to be oscillatable, and its oscillating movement onto a tool or Tool carrier or the like.
Driving a tool or the like by means of or with the cooperation of a vibrating motor-driven mass not only simplifies the device, but can often also lead to a substantial reduction in the motor drive power.
A vibration drive of the type mentioned is provided, for example, in the cleaning device shown in EU-PA 0 012 129. In this case, the tool is connected to a tool carrier at the end of a connecting part referred to as the drive part, which in turn is fastened to the end of the motor housing facing a swing weight. According to the exemplary embodiment shown there, the unit consisting of the parts mentioned is held in a pendulum-like manner at the end facing away from the swinging weight and is elastically supported in the area of the swinging weight in the device housing, which undoubtedly gives advantages with regard to a pressure load for the vibrating unit. As a result of the self-aligning bearing, the tool is driven into a circularly oscillating orbit. Measures are also provided to redirect this drive movement into a more or less flat elliptical orbit. This is also pendulum-like due to the self-aligning bearing.
So z. The pendulum-like swinging movement of the tool also has disadvantages in some cases. So z. B. arise when grinding an object with a pendulum-like vibrating tool bulges on the surface of the object, so that such a drive movement for this Purpose is usually not suitable. Also in other devices, in particular in an electric shaver, it is necessary that the tool referred to as a cutting element executes a movement parallel to a plane. In addition, in the case of a razor, the tool also has to perform a precisely oscillating movement. With the known design of such a vibration drive mentioned above, the requirements mentioned are not met.
Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen. The invention seeks to remedy this. The invention, as characterized in the claims, solves the problem of driving a tool or the like, essentially by means of the mass of a motor which is vibrating and is mounted in a manner such that it can oscillate in parallel to a plane and preferably also swinging back and forth characterized in that the tool or the tool carrier is mounted on or in the device housing in a manner known per se in an essentially oscillating manner and in that the drive unit, consisting at least of the oscillatingly moving motor and the connecting part, with its connecting part end with a tool or a tool carrier o is in direct drive connection, with at least one end of the drive unit possibly being movable in a slot guide arranged in the tool, in the tool carrier or in or on the device housing and oriented perpendicular to the direction of the essentially oscillating tool movement.
The advantages achieved by the invention can therefore be seen essentially in further applications of the vibration drive mentioned at the outset which have not been possible until now. The particular advantage of the invention lies in the fact that by means of an oscillating mass, a tool movement directed parallel to a plane and / or oscillating to and fro can be transferred to a tool or the like regardless of its oscillating bearing.
Additional measures according to the invention, as shown in the subclaims, achieve additional advantages according to the invention compared to the previously known design.
So z. B. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the connecting part is connected to the end of the motor housing which is turned away from the flywheel weight and / or the eccentric and is mounted in a preferably pendulum-like oscillating movements of the drive unit in the device housing, the motor preferably being mounted in the Bracket-mounted connecting part acts lever-like on the tool or the tool holder. This measure according to the invention is not only for Shavers, but also important for other drives, because they can also be used to transmit vibrations with low amplitudes powerfully by means of a vibrating mass. In the known design of such a vibration drive mentioned at the beginning, this is not because of the large distance between the tool and its pendulum bearing possible. The drive unit can be driven in a swinging manner by a swing weight and / or an eccentric and, depending on the design of the swing bearing, will execute a circular to flat elliptical wobble movement. This drive movement can also be transmitted according to the invention in a straight line and, if necessary, also swinging back and forth to a tool or a tool carrier.
It can also be provided that for the oscillation drive of the drive unit an eccentric arranged on the motor shaft engages in a slot guide arranged at least indirectly in or on the device housing perpendicular to the oscillating oscillating bearing of the tool or tool carrier. After the torque of the motor shaft also exerts direct drive transmission, a particularly effective drive movement can occur in cooperation with the oscillating unbalanced mass. According to the invention, this is also straightforward and, if appropriate, can be transferred back and forth to a tool or the like.
The remaining claims of the invention relate essentially to measures for the vibration mounting of the drive unit. In particular, a flat elliptical to oscillating oscillating movement is thus transmitted to the connecting part end of the drive unit, so that the sliding guide of a tool mounted to move back and forth on the device housing is subjected to less stress. This also prevents canting in the sliding guide and extends its service life.
Measures according to the invention are also provided which enable an additional, possibly a different drive movement by means of an oscillatingly driven mass.
The invention is explained in more detail with the aid of a motorized shaving apparatus, two different exemplary embodiments being shown in the drawing for the sake of clarity. 1 shows a shaving apparatus in longitudinal section, the cutting element of which according to the invention is oscillatingly driven by a motor oscillating through a flywheel, FIG. 2 shows the drive connection between the connecting part and the cutting element of FIG. 1 on a larger scale, FIG. 3 shows a further longitudinal section Shaving apparatus, the cutting element of which according to the invention is driven to oscillate by a motor oscillating through an eccentric, FIG. 4 shows a top view of FIG. 3 with the housing half removed, FIG. 5 shows a cross section along the line II in FIG. 3 and FIG a frame-mounted drive unit according to FIG. 1 and FIG. 3 in view.
In Fig. 1 and 3, the vibration drive for a shaver is shown, which drive is carried out by means of the mass of a
According to the invention, the
The
The so-called shaving
10" in Schwenkrichtung des Schnittelementes 14 schwenkbar gelagert.3 u. 4, an eccentric 22, which is arranged on the
Provided that the
Dieselben sind zwischen dem Lagerteil 25 und dem Verbindungsteil 5 angeordnet.3 u. 4, a pivot axis 9 ″, which is oriented essentially in the direction of the
The advantages according to the invention can also be achieved by a different one than above shown vibration mounting of the
