Abstract
Um den Einbau des Uhrwerks (20) und des Gongblocks (14) im Gehäuse einer Großuhr und deren gegenseitige Justierung zu erleichtern, sind der Gongblock (14) und das Uhrwerk (20) an einer gemeinsamen Platte (10) angebracht, die im Gehäuse befestigt wird. Die Montage und Justierung kann außerhalb des Gehäuses vor dem Einbau erfolgen. Der Gongblock (14) ist einstückig mit der Platte (10) gegossen. Aus der DE-AS 1 215 599 ist eine Großuhr dieser Gattung bekannt, bei welcher die Platte einen Teil der Rückwand des Gehäuses bildet und in einen Ausschnitt der Gehäuserückwand eingesetzt ist. Die Platte besteht aus einem dünnen gezogenen Blech und trägt mittels feststehender Pfeiler das Uhrwerk. Die Ausbildung der Platte als Gußplatte, mit welcher der Gongblock in schalleitender Verbindung steht, bewirkt eine hohe Klangqualität des Gongschlages, da die Gußplatte mit dem Gongblock als Klangkörper zusammenwirkt. Ein in herkömmlicher Weise ausgebildetes Uhrwerk 20, von dem nur die Platinen dargestellt sind, weist an seinen vier Ecken Stäbe 22 auf, die in die Hohlpfeiler 18 eingeschoben werden. Die Stäbe 22 können in jeder beliebigen Lage in den Hohlpfeilern 18 mittels radial in die Hohlpfeiler 18 eingedrehter Schrauben 24 festgestellt werden. Für den Einbau des Uhrwerks und des Schlagwerks in das Gehäuse der Großuhr werden zunächst das Zifferblatt und die Zeiger auf dem Uhrwerk 20 montiert. Das Uhrwerk 20 wird dann mittels der Stäbe 22 in die Hohlpfeiler 18 der Platte 10 eingeschoben und in der der Gehäusetiefe der Großuhr entsprechenden Stellung mittels der Schrauben 24 fixiert. Dann werden die Hämmer 26 des Uhrwerks auf die Gongstäbe 16 ausgerichtet, so daß das gesamte System komplett montiert und justiert ist. Diese gesamten Montage- und Justierarbeiten können außerhalb des Gehäuses der Großuhr ausgeführt werden, wobei insbesondere ein ungehinderter Zugang zur Justierung der Hämmer möglich ist. Das vollständig montierte und justierte System wird dann in das Gehäuse eingesetzt, ausgerichtet und mit vier in die Löcher 12 eingesetzten Schrauben im Gehäuse befestigt.A
