Device according to patent claim 1, characterized in that the outer clamping jaw (7) is connected via a frame part (6) to the bearing part (20) displaceable against the pressure of a spring (21), and the inner clamping jaw (3) is jointedly connected to the outer clamping jaw (7) and the main axle (2), and a stop component (10) is provided for limiting the clamping jaw movement in opening direction.
3. Device according to patent claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the spring (21) is disposed concentric with the main axle (2) between a securing part (13) for the transport apparatus, disposed on the main axle, and the bearing part (20).
4. Device according to one of the preceding patent claims, characterized by an operating roller (10) provided for between clamping jaws (3, 7) and frame part (6) for opening or closing the clamping jaws.
