Claims (9)

1. Methode für die Herstellung von Profilen und Profilmaterialien aus Holz-Metall für Türen und Fenster durch andauernde Bindematerial-Einspritzung (B) in einen zwischen den genannten Profilen und Profilmaterialien vorgesehenen Raum, unter Verwendung einer Holziatte (A) mit mindestens einer Läng-Fräse-Rille (3) auf der Oberfläche, zur Aufnahme des Bindemittels (B) und zur Verwendun eines Metallprofils (C), versehen mit unterschnittenen Längs-Rippen (3), die im Raum zur Aufnahme des Bindemittels (B) vorstehen Die Arbeitsweise ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß:
eine Holzlatte benutzt wird (A), die mindestens eine geneigte Längs-Fräse-Rille auf der Oberfläche aufweist, zur Aufnahme des Bindemittels (B);
ein Metallprofil (C) benutzt wird, das mit Unterschnitt geneigten Längs-Rippen ausgestattet ist, oder in den Raum, der zur Aufnahme dieses Bindemittels (B) bestimmt ist, mit grösseren vorspringenden Endungen versehen ist;
das Metallprofil (C) eine derartige Oberfläche aufweist (1) und/oder das Bindemittel (B) aus einer derartigen Zusammensetzung besteht, daß das genannte Bindematerial an der Berührungsfläche (1) mit der Holzlatte festklebt (A) nicht aber an der genannten Berührungsfläche (1) des Metallprofils (C), und zwar in der Weise, daß die erzwungene lonqitudinale Abgleitung zwischen den zwei betreffenden Flächen möglich ist bei vorkommenden Verlängerungsunterschiede infolge sprunghafter Temperaturveränderung, daß die longitudinal Abgleitung der Holzlatte und des Bindemittels hinsichlich des Metallprofils ohne Verformungen stattfinden kann.
2. Die Arbeitsweise entsprechend dem Anspruch 1, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das genannte Metallprofil (C) vor der Behandlung mit Bindemittel (B) auf der genannten Verbindungsfläche (1) mit einem Antihaftmittel behandelt wird.
3. Die Arbeitsweise entsprechend den Ansprüchen 1 und 2 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das genannte Antihaftmittel ein Schmierstoff ist.
4. Methode entsprechend den vorigen Ansprüchen, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das genannte Antihaftmittel ein Silikonerzeugnis ist.
5. Arbeitsweise entsprechend den vorigen Ansprüchen, mit einer andauernden Einspritzung von Bindemittel auf die im Vorschub auf waagerechter Ebene zu verbindenden Profile oder Profilmaterialien mit Orientierung zur Längsöffnung von unten nach oben und dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das betreffende Metallprofil in der Verbindungsfläche mit dem genannten Bindemittel (B) von unten, mit einem Flügel ausgestattet ist, der sich longitudinal und tief bis zum Anschlag gegen die Fläche der Holzlatte erstreckt, mit der er verbunden sein muß (A), damit der genannte EntfernungsLängsflügel (2') als Behälterboden wirkt, um einen Fassungskanal zu erzielen, worin die genannte Binde-Material-Einspritzung (B) von oben vorgenommen wird.
6. Arbeitsweise entsprechend den vorigen Ansprüchen und dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man für die Kopfverbindung der genannten Profile oder komplexen Profil materialien - so erzeugtzur Formung der Rahmen, nach dem Schnitt auf 45°, in der Gegenüberstellung eine Aushöhlung vornimmt, die einen tieferen Hohlraum (4) einschliesst, der sich mit einem weniger tiefen Hohlraum (4') gegen die Außenfläche seitlich der Tür-oder Fensterrahmen ausdehnt, um die Verbindung einer weiteren Fülleinspritzung mit Bindematerial (B') des auf dieser Weise gewonnenen Hohlraumes zu unterziehen.
7. Methode entsprechend den vorigen Ansprüchen und dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die genannte Einspritzungsöffnung (4') gegen die Metallprofil-Seite (C) ausdehnt.
8. Profil oder Profilmaterial aus Holz-Metall für Tür- und Fensterrahmen mit Holzlatte (A) und Metallprofil (C); in dem Raum zwischen der Latte und dem Profil wird andauernd ein Bindemittel (B) eingespritzt, die Holzlatte hat mindestens eine Längs-Rillen-Fräse (3) auf der Fläche erzeugt, die zur Aufnahme des Verbindungs-Bindemittel bestimmt ist; das Metallprofil ist mit Unterschnitt-Längsflügeln ausgestattet, die in dem Raum vorstehen, der das genannte Bindemittel aufnehmen soll, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Holzlatte (A) mindestens eine geneigte Längs-Fräse-Rille (3) hat;
das Metallprofil (C) mit geneigten Längsflügeln Unterschnitt oder mit vergrösserten Endungen ausgestattet ist, damit ein Flügel (2') pfeilspitzig erscheint und gegen die Hollattefläche anlehnt;
das Metallprofil mit einer derartigen Oberfläche (1) ausgestattet ist, und/oder das Bindemittel aus einer derartigen Zusammensetzung besteht, daß das genannte Bindemittel an der Berührungsfläche der Holzlatte (A) anhaftet, nicht aber an der Berührungsfläche (1) des Metallprofils (C); und zwar in der Weise, daß die forcierte Längsabgleitung der zwei Fläche möglich ist, daß bei vorkommenden Ausdehnungsunterschiede infolge sprunghafter Temperaturänderung, die longitudinale Abgleitung der Holzlatte und des Bindemittels hinsichtlich des Metallprofils ohne Verformungen, stattfinden kann.
9. Tür- und Fensterrahmen bestehend aus einer Vielzahl von Profilen und Profilmaterialien entsprechend dem Anspruch 8.
