Abstract

Mini-Rolläden bekannten Sperreinrichtung dieser Art ist das freie Ende der Bügelfelder direkt mit der mittigen Hohlkammer des obersten Rolladenstabes vernietet, so dass dessen durch eine Hakenleiste gebildete freie Endkante bei einem unbefugten Hochschieben des Rolladens von aussen in ein nach unten offenes Haltemaul einer mit der Dicke des obersten Rolladenstabes übereinstimmenden Öffnungsweite eines L- oder U-förmigen Profilstabes vorgeschoben werden kann, mittels welchem ein den Mini-Rolladen abdeckender Blechkasten an einem Fensterrahmen verschraubt wird. Bei dieser bekannten Sperreinrichtung bildet somit der Befestigungsniet für das freie Ende der Bügelfeder das massgebliche Druckübertragungsglied für deren Eigenspannung, unter welcher die Hakenleiste des obersten Rolladenstabes ein Einfädeln in das Haltemaul dieses einen Anschlag bildenden Profilstabes erfährt, wenn der Rolladen von aussen unbefugt hochgeschoben werden sollte. Wenn dieses Prinzip einer der Einbruchsicherung dienenden Sperreinrichtung auf grösserflächige und daher ein entsprechend grösseres Eigengewicht aufweisende Rolläden übertragen wird, dann besteht dabei die Gefahr eines Ausbrechens des für die Bügelfeder vorgesehenen Befestigungsnietes. Diese Gefahr tritt insbesondere dann entsprechend verstärkt auf, wenn unter Berücksichtigung des vielfachen Herablassens und Hochziehens des Rolladens die einzelnen, meistens nur lose miteinander verhakten Rolladenstäbe in den seitlichen Führungsschienen verklemmen sollten. Bei einer dabei gleichzeitig mit mehreren Bügelfedern verwirklichten ausschliesslichen Aufhängung des Rolladens an der Wickelwalze ergibt deren Befestigungsprinzip andererseits den Nachteil, dass ungleich grosse Spannlängen der Bügelfedern zwischen ihrer Befestigung an der Wickelwalze und der Befestigung an dem obersten Rolladenstab als Folge von axialen Fluchtungsfehlern bei der Montage das Einfädeln der Hakenleiste in das Haltemaul ihres als Anschlag vorgesehenen Profilstabes erschweren können. Mit dieser Anschlagschulter 23 ist bei vollständig herabgelassenem Rolladen 14 die durch eine Hakenleiste 24 gebildete freie Endkante des obersten Rollladenstabes 18 in Eingriff gehalten, indem dafür dessen mit einer Dichtungsleiste 25 versehene Aussenwand 26 unter Vermittlung des Verbindungsstabes 16 durch die Eigenspannung der Bügelfedern 13 gegen die Innenseite der Aussenwand 8 des Rolladenkastens angedrückt wird. Die auf den Verbindungsstab 16 konzentrierte Eigenspannung aller Bügelfedern 13 erfährt mithin in der Schwerachse des obersten Rolladenstabes 18 über die an der Dichtungsleiste 25 zur Übertragung kommende Druckkraft eine Verteilung an die in der Abschirmebene des Rolladens 14 mit der Anschlagschulter 23 in Eingriff gehaltene Hakenleiste 24, so dass es in der Ableitbarkeit auch aus der zeichnerischen Darstellung gemäss Fig. 1 bei vollständig herabgelassenem Rolladen 14 nicht möglich ist, den Rolladen von aussen auch nur um wenige Zentimeter unbefugt hochzuschieben. Gleichzeitig mit dieser somit äusserst grossen Einbruchsicherung des Rolladens 14 wird ausserdem an der Dichtungsleiste 25 eine zusätzliche Abdichtung für den Durchtrittsschlitz 9 erhalten. 2. An interlock means according to claim 1, characterized in that the bowed spring (13) is fixed on the connecting rod (16) by means of a shackle which may be passed through said opening (19).
3. An interlock means according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the stopping shoulder (23) is formed on a heat insulating lining (4) of foamed polyurethane or the like.
4. An interlock means according to any of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that a sealing ledge (25) is fixed on the outer wall (26) of the uppermost roll shutter bar (18) cooperating in the vicinity of the stopping shoulder (23) with the inner side of the outer wall (8) of the roll shutter case (1, 2).
