Claims (1)

ledit axe présentant directement à son extrémité débordante latéralement un moyen de manoeuvre (14a) du type volant par exemple, pour autoriser l'entraînement manuel du tambour en cas de déchirement du matériau dans l'appareil ; ledit moyen de manoeuvre pouvant être situé soit entre le flasque (lb) et le capot de fermeture, soit à l'extérieur dudit capot. -3- Appareil suivant les revendications 1 et 2 ensemble, caractérisé en ce que la pièce (16) formant came présente une face d'appui contre le moyen-support (2) où elle est fixée par au moins une vis (17), puis une portée de centrage (16a) épaulée pour le montage à rotation libre, mais limité transversalement du parachute (19) qui est retenu angulairement par un ressort (26) solidaire du flasque (lb) . -4- Appareil suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le parachute (19) porte à sa partie supérieure un cliquet (21) articulé par une extrémité en (20) sur le parachute, et qui 'repose par gravité à son autre extrémité sur une butée (22) solidaire du parachute, afin de retenir en rotation dans un sens le tambour (3) présentant à cet effet sur sa paroi un doigt (23) en saillie venant buter contre le cliquet. -5- Appareil suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la paroi du tambour (3) faisant face au parachute, présente une butée (24) articulée à l'intérieur du tambour et traversant la dite paroi par un orifice en arc de cercle (3c) ;
