Claims (4)

1. Vorrichtung zum Greifen und Ueberführen der Etiketten von einem Magazin (1) zu einer Auflegetrommel (3) bei einer Etikettiermaschine, deren Etikettenmagazin (1) ortsfest ist, zum Etikettieren von Flaschen (B) o.dgl., mit einem einzigen Ueberführungsglied (6, 7, 8), das aus zwei nach aussen gewÖlbten, miteinander fest verbundenen und in gleichmässigem Abstand angeordneten Platten (6, 7) besteht, deren Mantellinien parallel zur Stirnseite des Magazins (1) verlaufen, wobei sich dieses Ueberführungsglied (6, 7, 8) in einem Bereich zwischen dem ortsfesten Magazin (1), der drehbaren Auflegetrommel (3) und einem Leimauftragglied (2) befindet, und dieses Ueberführungsglied (6, 7, 8) an einer Tragkurbel frei drehbar gelagert ist, die um eine parallel zu den genannten Mantellinien verläufende Drehachse (10) rotiert und mit einem Ritzel (14) mit n Zähnen drehfest verbunden ist, das mit einem Rad (15) in Eingriff steht, dessen Zähnezahl N das 1,5-fache der Zähnezahl n des Ritzels (14) beträgt, wobei der grösste Radius des Rades (15) dem Aussenradius des Ritzels (14) plus der Exzentrizität der Tragkurbel (9) entspricht und die Abstände der genannten Elemente (6, 7; 1, 2, 3) sowie die Drehgeschwindigkeiten der Tragkurbel, der Auflegetrommel (3) und des Leimauftraggliedes (2) so gewählt sind, dass sich jede Platte (6, 7) des Uebertragungsgliedes (6, 7, 8) in einer ersten Phase ihrer Bewegung in Berührung mit dem Leimauftragglied (2) bewegt und mit Leim beschickt wird; dann in einer zweiten Phase sich gegen die erste Etikette des Magazins (1) stellt, an derselben haftet und dieselbe aus dem Magazin (1) entnimmt; und sich schliesslich in einer dritten Phase mit einem Ende gegen die Auflegetrommel (3) bringt und ihr die entnommene Etikette abgibt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gewölbten platten (6, 7) gegenüber zwei durch die Kurbel verlaufenden, rechtwinkligen Ebenen im wesentlichen zu einander symmetrisch sind und eine Breite haben, die im wesentlichen der Breite des Magazins (1) entspricht, dass das Leimauftragglied (2) aus einer einzigen, drehbaren Walze besteht, dass der Ritzel (14) aus einem Kranz mit n Rollen besteht und dass das Rad (15) ortsfest ist und aus einem Nocken mit N Nasen besteht, deren Profil so ausgebildet ist, dass sich das Ueberführungsglied (6, 7, 8) im wesentlichen ohne Schlupf in Berührung mit der Leimauftragwalze (3) bewegt, sich dann mit einem Ende gegen die erste Etikette des Magazins (1) stellt und anschliessend ohne Schlupf auf dieselbe rollt und sie entnimmt, und dann mit einem Ende gegen die Auflegetrommel (3) immer im wesentlichen ohne Schlupf rollt.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragkurbel aus einer Welle (10) besteht, die am Aufbau (S) der Etikettiermaschine gelagert ist und eine im wesentlichen Kreisrunde Platte (11) trägt, die mit einem Exzenterlager (12) bestückt ist, in dem die Welle (9) des Ueberführungsglieds gelagert ist.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (11) der Tragkurbel und/oder einige mit dieser Platte verbundenen Elemente zum Ausgleichen der durch das Ueberführungsglied (6,7,8) und seine Welle (9) gebildeten Einheit ausgelegt sind.
4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (11) der Tragkurbei zur Aufnahme von zusätzlichen Gegengewichten (25) ausgelegt ist, um den gewünschten Ausgleich einstellen zu können.
