Abstract

Bei einer Handkreissäge ist die Grundplatte (8) senkrecht zum Sägeblatt (2) verschieb-und feststellbar am Motorgehäuse (1) angeordnet. Damit läßt sich die Maschine sowohl als normale Handkreissäge mit ausreichend überstehender Grundplatte (8) als auch als Schattenfugensäge verwenden und es muß für diese Zwecke nur eine Maschine erworben werden.

Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Handkreissäge mit Grundplatte gemäß Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1.
  • Bei bekannten Handkreissägen mit Grundplatte läßt sich das Motorgehäuse mit dem Sägeblatt senkrecht zur Grundplatte zur Einstellung der Schnittiefe verschieben oder verschwenken. Zur sicheren Auflage der Maschine überragt dabei die Grundplatte das Sägeblatt auch auf der dem Motorgehäuse gegenüberliegenden Seite um eine genügend große Abmeggung.
  • , Andererseits sind spezielle Handkreissägen, sogenannte Schattenfugensägen, bekannt, mit denen es möglich ist, bei Holzdecken die Stirnseiten der einzelnen Bretter nach dem Befestigen nach einer zur angrenzenden Wand parallelen Geraden abzusägen. Dazu darf jedoch die Grundplatte das Sägeblatt auf der dem Motorgehäuse gegenüberliegenden Seite nur geringfügig überragen und die Führung der Säge erfolgt längs der angrenzenden Wand durch einen doppelt geführten Längsanschlag. Normale Handkreissägen lassen sich also zum Schattenfugensägen nicht verwenden.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist daher die Schaffung einer Handkreissäge, die sich sowohl zu normalen Sägearbeiten als auch zum Schattenfugensägen verwenden läßt.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch das im kennzeichnenden Teil des Anspruchs 1 angegebene Merkmal gelöst.
  • Durch die verschiebbare Grundplatte ist eine vielseitigere Verwendung einer normalen Handkreissäge möglich. Der Benützer braucht sich sowohl zum normalen Sägen als auch zum Schattenfugensägen nur eine Maschine anzuschaffen. Es ergeben sich somit auch Vorteile bei der Fertigung, da größere Stückzahlen möglich sind.
  • Obwohl die erfindungsgemäße Handkreissäge als Schattenfugensäge verwendet werden kann, gehen die Verteile der normalen Handkreissäge, also die sichere Auflage, nicht verloren.
  • Durch die erfindungsgemäße Verwendung der Grundplatte als Längsanschlag entfällt außerdem ein zusätzlicher Längsanschlag, was die Maschine weiter verbilligt.
  • Im folgenden ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen näher beschrieben.

  • Die in Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellte Handkreissäge weist ein Motorgehäuse 1 auf, mit dem ein von einem Elektromotor antreibbares Sägeblatt 2 verbunden ist. Das Sägeblatt 2 wird nach oben von einer Schutzhaube 3 umschlossen, mit der ein Bügel 4 einstückig verbunden ist. Das Motorgehäuse und damit das Sägeblatt 2 ist in bekannter Weise an einer Achse 5 zur Einstellung der Schnittiefe schwenkbar zwischen Schutzhaube 3 und Bügel 4 gelagert. Die Schutzhaube 3 weist ferner Gewindebuchsen 6 auf, in die Feststellschrauben 7 einschraubbar sind.
  • Mit diesen Feststellschrauben 7 ist nun eine Grundplatte 8 mit der.Schutzhaube 3 verbunden, wobei in zur Auflagefläche 9 der Grundplatte 8 senkrechten Konsolen 10 und 11 Längsschlitze 12 vorgesehen sind, in die die Feststellschrauben 7 eingreifen.
  • Da die Gewindebuchsen 6 miteinander fluchten, ist es auch in bekannter Weise möglich, das Motorgehäuse 1 zusammen mit der Schutzhaube 3 um diese Achse zur Ausführung von Schrägschnitten zu kippen. Dazu ist in der Konsole 10 ein weiterer Längsschlitz 13 und ein kreissegmentförmiger Schwenkschlitz 14 vorgesehen, wobei eine Feststellschraube 15 so in die beiden Schlitze 13 bzw. 14 eingreift, daß entweder eine Kippbewegung des Motorgehäuses 1 oder eine Verschiebung der Grundplatte 8 möglich ist.
  • Die Grundplatte 8 weist weiterhin eine zum Sägeblatt 2 parallele Anschlagfläche 16 auf, die als Längsanschlag beim Schattenfugensägen dient.
  • Die Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Handkreissäge als Schattenfugensäge ist in Fig. 3 dargestellt. Dabei sollen die Stirnseiten 17 der an der Decke befestigten Bretter 18 parallel zur Wand 19 nach einer Geraden abgesägt werden.
  • Die Grundplatte 8 wird dazu in Richtung Sägeblatt verschoben und die Anschlagfläche 16 dient als Längsanschlag an der Wand 19.

Claims (3)

1) Handkreissäge mit Grundplatte, mit der eine Schutzhaube und ein Motorgehäuse mit antreibbarem Sägeblatt verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Grundplatte (8) senkrecht zum Sägeblatt (2) verschieb- und feststellbar am Motorgehäuse (1) angeordnet ist.
2) Handkreissäge nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in zur Auflagefläche (9) der Grundplatte (8) senkrechten Konsolen (10, 11) Längsschlitze (12, 13) vorgesehen sind, in denen die Schutzhaube (3) mit dem damit verbundenen Motorgehäuse (1) verschieb- und feststellbar gelagert ist.
3) Handkreissäge nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, d adurch gekennzeichnet , daß die Grundplatte (8) eine zum Sägeblatt (2) parallele Anschlagfläche (16) aufweist.
