Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Regelung verschiedener Betriebsparameter, insbesonde re der Förderhöhe H, des Förderstroms Q, des Leistungsbe darfs P und der Drehzahl n, bei Pumpen und Verdichtern, vorzugsweise Kreiselpumpen und Ventilatoren. Nach dem bekannten Stand der Technik werden die Regelgrößen für eine Regelung des Förderstroms Q und der Förderhöhe H im Fördermedium selbst gemessen. Die Erfindung löst diese Probleme dadurch, daß die Regelung nach Kennlinien der Betriebs parameter gemäß der gewünschten Betriebsart erfolgt, wobei die Messung einzelner Betriebsparameter zur Berech nung der Stellgröße außerhalb des Fördermediums erfolgt. Zweckmäßigerweise werden die Drehzahl n und der Lei stungsbedarf P als elektrische meßgrößen zur Beschreibung der Kennlinien verwendet. Die ermittelten Kennlinien bzw.
