Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a brush holder for. Electrical machines with a brush holder box in which a brush is slidably guided and with a rolling-in band spring, the rolled part of which, in order to generate a lateral force on the brush, rests on an inclined surface connected to the brush holder box and the free-running end of which acts on the brush in the sense of an axial displacement.
Such brush holders are known from DE-OS 24 01 754. The brush is guided by two side walls running parallel to one another and by the upper end wall of the brush holder box. In order to achieve the smallest possible guide play between the brush holder box and the brush, careful processing of the brush as well as the brush holder box is required, which represents a considerable cost. Due to the fact that the rolled-up part of the roll band spring rests against an inclined surface, a lateral force is exerted on the brush, by means of which the brush is pressed against the upper end wall of the brush holder box. Since this transverse force only acts on one end of the brush, the further disadvantage arises from this, namely that the guide surfaces of the brush are subject to high wear and ultimately lead to jamming when the brush is inclined due to constant abrasion can. A defect that should not be underestimated must still be seen in the fact that the brush must be guided precisely on all four sides and for this reason the brush wear is poorly removed. can be led. Rather, he sits in the management column. In the event of vibrations, the brush that moves freely in the guide acts as a hammer, which solidifies the loose abrasion in the guide. In the long run, this leads to the brush becoming stuck.
The present invention is therefore based on the object of designing a brush holder of the type specified at the outset in such a way that the requirements imposed on it, in particular with regard to perfect guidance even after prolonged use and with a view to simple and robust, do not jam the Brush-tending design are satisfactorily met. This is achieved according to the invention in that the brush is positively guided in the brush holder box on its side facing away from the roll belt spring and in that a pressure slider, preferably having an inclined surface, is fastened to the guide surfaces of the brush holder box with the freely running end of the roll belt spring, which with a stop surface of the brush corresponding to the pressure slider in addition to the axial force, the transverse force is increased or reduced. The advantage of such a design can be seen in the fact that the uniform pressure of the carbon brush against the brush holder box reliably prevents a guide play that can lead to tilting movements. Another advantage is that the resulting abrasion is reliably removed.
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenwände (36) durch einen Boden (37) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei letzterer einen Ausschnitt (35) zur Führung des Druckgleitstückes (20') aufweist.characterized in that the side walls (36) are connected to one another by a base (37), the latter having a cutout (35) for guiding the pressure sliding piece (20 ').

dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mit dem Boden (37) Schrägflächen (38) aufweisende Halter (39) verbunden sind.10.) brush holder according to claims 1 to 4 and 6 to 9,
characterized,
that with the bottom (37) inclined surfaces (38) having holders (39) are connected.
The exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 3 differs only from that according to FIGS. 1 and 2 in that the pressure sliding piece 20 'is not guided in a clamping bracket, but rather in a
