Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for separating a textile fabric strand from knitted and knitted fabric pieces which are connected to one another by means of meltable separating threads, according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- Another known separating device (DE-PS 26 53 227) provides damping fields for separating the separating threads, which dampers form a channel through which the strand of goods is transported by a lower and an upper transport blanket.
- the damping channel is delimited at the top and bottom by damping devices, from the nozzles of which hot steam flows out onto the fabric strand and, as a result, in addition to a damping effect on the fabric, the separating threads are released and released.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of improving a separating device of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that high-temperature separating threads, in particular of pretreated product strands, can also be dissolved therewith.
- a steam battery according to the invention has proven to be particularly advantageous.
- the device according to the invention which is particularly simple in construction, high temperatures and also a sufficient time for the heat to act on the separating threads to be released can be achieved in order to safely separate also product strands provided with high-temperature separating threads in one pass.
- the top S can also be sufficiently vaporized Trang supply and so a fully effective Vordämpffeld be created.
- This device is particularly powerful in connection with steam batteries according to the invention.
- high-temperature heat and superheated steam are optimally influenced on the product line.
- These steam batteries are particularly simple in construction and the overlapping arrangement of electrical heating elements and steam pipes prevents undesired steam cooling and condensate formation.
- the device shown in Fig. 1 comprises a lower transport blanket 2 mounted in a housing 1, which runs as an endless belt around the deflection rollers 3 and 4.
- a somewhat shortened area there is also an endless upper transport blanket 5, which rotates around the deflection rollers 6 and 7 and forms a main damping channel 8 together with the transport blanket 2, at the outlet there is a take-off roller 10 which rotates faster and thereby removes the incoming goods under increased tension and thus at a distance.
- An additional cutting knife 11 can also be provided in the area of a cooling zone 12 over which the lower transport cloth is guided.
- a damping battery 15 is inserted, which essentially fills the entire roller gap.
- a lower steam battery 16 is located between the lower deflecting rollers 3 and 4, which is assigned to the upper steam battery in approximately the same length.
- the transport blankets pull tightly over these steam batteries.
- the height of this damping channel 8 thus formed is only a few millimeters.
- a cover housing 18 covering the upper transport cloth and the take-off roller is provided.
- a goods trough 20 for a stack of goods 21 is erected on a heat-insulated base 19.
- the deflecting roller 6 is assigned a guide apron 29 made of a lubricious material, which wraps around the deflecting roller at a distance corresponding to the thickness of the strand of goods.
- the strand of goods runs into this guide apron as if in an open funnel, around the deflection roller and pressed against it by the guide apron, it finally reaches the damping channel without wrinkling and without upsetting.
- the heat rising from the two steam batteries 15, 16 also heats up the space underneath the cover housing, which is why the upper strand guide in this area is already noticeably warmed up and prepared for later separation.
- the upper transport cloth return run 28 forms the lower limit of a pre-damping field. This results in a substantial extension of the damping and separation zone, which in turn results in a higher throughput and / or shorter overall length of the device. It is not always necessary that the strand of goods 26 is already placed on the deflection roller 7. This pre-damping field can also only extend over a shortened distance of the return strand 28.
- the line of goods can also be supplied from a different store than the goods tray shown.
- FIG. 4 Another type of Stressstran g feed shows the device according to Fig. 4.
- a Zuurbantuch 50 which rotates about the guide rollers 51, 52, having substantially the length of the upper transport cloth 5 and is but this offset so that the above an insertion table 53 placed on the feed cloth 50 and running from the deflecting roller 52 strand of goods (not shown) reaches the return strand 28 of the upper transport cloth.
- the feed cloth forms, together with the upper transport cloth 5, a closed pre-steaming channel 55 in which there is already effective heating and premelting of the separating threads.
- the rising heat is insulated against cooling and this ensures that the strand of goods is already heated on the insertion run 59 of the feed cloth 50.

- the device according to the invention works particularly advantageously in connection with a damping battery according to the invention, of which a first embodiment is shown in FIGS. 2 and 3.
- This consists of electric heating elements 30, which are each arranged in pairs, for example, and which alternate with a steam pipe 31.
- the heating elements expediently in the form of heating rods, are installed, like the steam pipes, in square cassettes 32 and 33, which are strung together to form appropriately large steaming batteries, transversely to the direction in which the goods pass.
- the heating cassettes 32 can have openings on the heat-emitting surfaces, provided that the cassette is not designed as a compact heating element.
- outlet openings 35 for the superheated steam are also provided on the steam cassettes 33.
- Dry superheated steam is expediently fed into the steam pipes. Since the adjacent heating elements prevent the emerging steam from cooling, there is no formation of condensate. Even if the heating and steam cassettes 32, 33 can have the same height, so it is usually an advantage if, as in Fi g . 2, the steam cartridges are higher. Direct contact of the hotter heating cassettes 32 by the strand 36 is thereby avoided.
- the outlet openings 35 can also be provided on the protruding side walls of these cassettes, as a result of which the steam jets are also distributed to the sides and can act on an enlarged area of the product line.
- the double steam battery 39 according to FIG. 3 has an essentially identical structure. It provides steam cassettes 43 protruding above and below between higher heating cassettes 42, each with a steam pipe 41 with the outlet openings 45. If the steam cassettes 43 are separated from one another in FIG. 3, the same success can also be achieved with one or more assembled cassettes in each case.
- the heating elements are designated 40.
- FIG. 5 shows a further steam battery, in which, in contrast to the previously mentioned steam battery, the now rectangular steam pipes 71 are placed on a heating plate 72, so that the steam pipes are also heated on their lower surfaces.
- the lateral steam outlet 75 sweeping over the heating plate from the steam pipes 71 is also ensured in this case, as is also prevented on the other hand that an overlying transport cloth can come into direct contact with the heating plate.
- the heating plate 72 in turn consists of a plurality of heating cassettes 73 in which the heating elements 74 are accommodated.
- the steam pipes running in parallel are connected to each other at their ends by cross pipes and at the connection end to a common steam distributor (not visible).
- these devices can also be used to separate tubular goods, in particular the widely known tubular goods with a so-called flat edge.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for separating a textile fabric strand from knitted and knitted fabric pieces which are connected to one another by means of meltable separating threads, according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
In the case of pieces of textile of short length produced on flat or circular knitting machines, such as flat-knitted collars, trimmings for underpants or the like, it is known to connect them to a strand of goods by means of a meltable separating thread, in order thereby to further treat or refine the pieces of goods in strand form to facilitate. For this purpose, a separating device (US Pat. No. 3,945,096) is known, in which the meltable separating threads are separated by a single stream of hot air at a locally restricted location. For this purpose, the line of goods is guided through pairs of rollers and a take-off roller runs at increased speed in order to exert a pull on the goods, which ensures that the pieces are torn apart. Because the heat is restricted to a limited separation point, a complete melting away of the separation threads is no longer guaranteed if the passage is rapid. Another known separating device (DE-PS 26 53 227) provides damping fields for separating the separating threads, which dampers form a channel through which the strand of goods is transported by a lower and an upper transport blanket. The damping channel is delimited at the top and bottom by damping devices, from the nozzles of which hot steam flows out onto the fabric strand and, as a result, in addition to a damping effect on the fabric, the separating threads are released and released. However, this can be achieved in a Dämpffeld melting temperatures usually not sufficient for complete dissolution of the release threads of a pretreated, such as colored or bleached fabric rope, must be used for the account of this pre-release threads that melt at elevated temperatures of about 120 0 C.
The invention is therefore based on the object of improving a separating device of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that high-temperature separating threads, in particular of pretreated product strands, can also be dissolved therewith.
This object is achieved according to the invention on a device according to the preamble of claim 1 by the characterizing features of this claim.
A steam battery according to the invention has proven to be particularly advantageous.
With the device according to the invention, which is particularly simple in construction, high temperatures and also a sufficient time for the heat to act on the separating threads to be released can be achieved in order to safely separate also product strands provided with high-temperature separating threads in one pass. Mainly by feeding the product line into a pre-steaming field, an extension of the heating time is created using the rising heat. Due to this preheating, which already initiates the dissolving of the separating threads, a pass with increased speed becomes speed and / or a shortening of the main damping field. Finally, the top S can also be sufficiently vaporized Trang supply and so a fully effective Vordämpffeld be created.
This device is particularly powerful in connection with steam batteries according to the invention. Here, high-temperature heat and superheated steam are optimally influenced on the product line. These steam batteries are particularly simple in construction and the overlapping arrangement of electrical heating elements and steam pipes prevents undesired steam cooling and condensate formation.
Further features of the invention are set out in the subclaims.

The device shown in Fig. 1 comprises a
The heat rising from the two
Another type of Warenstran g feed shows the device according to Fig. 4. In addition there is a Zuführtuch 50 which rotates about the
The device according to the invention works particularly advantageously in connection with a damping battery according to the invention, of which a first embodiment is shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. This consists of
The
In addition to flat-knitted or cut goods, these devices can also be used to separate tubular goods, in particular the widely known tubular goods with a so-called flat edge. The difficulties otherwise occur can be eliminated by the erfindun g s modern machine. In the case of the known devices, it has been shown that the goods are probably separated on the underside, but that the steam and heat effects on the top are not sufficient. If, however, heat and steam are already emitted through the
Even if the product line guides according to the invention are particularly advantageous in connection with the described damping batteries, an equivalent success can also be achieved with other damping devices, just as on the other hand the damping batteries according to the invention are also well suited for damping fields of other machines. Instead of a steam battery that emits heat and steam on both sides, an additional battery that acts upwards can also be expediently arranged directly below the return strand.
