Claims (9)

1. Rolle aufgewickelten Bands (1), die auf einem Darbietungselement (3) in Form einer Karte aufgebracht ist, wobei das aufgewickelte Band durch eine Schutzhülle (14) in seiner Lage gehalten wird und in der Schutzhülle eingeschlossen ist, welche durch einen weichen und dünnen Film gebildet wird, der eng an allen sichtbaren Oberflächen der Rolle anliegt und an dem Darbietungselement (3) ausserhalb der Rollen haftet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzhülle (14) auch in dem sich innerhalb der Spule (1) befindlichen Bereich (15) an dem Darbietungselement haftet und dass die Schutzhülle (14) mit Ausnahme eines Lochs (9) ununterbrochen ist, welches zum Durchtritt des Endes (10) des Bands der Rolle vorgesehen ist, welche sich in ihrem Inneren befindet und so eine kontrollierte Atrennung des Bands von dem Inneren der Rolle (1) her dank der Bremswirkung gestattet, welche durch das wenigstens teilweise Anhaften der Schutzhülle (14) auf den Windungen der Rolle hervorgerufen ist.
2. Rolle aufgewickelte Bands, die auf einem Darbietungselement (3) aufgebracht ist, nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Darbietungselement (3) weiterhin Mittel (7) zum Abtrennen des Bands am Ende der Rolle (1) trägt, wobei die Schutzhülle (14) die Mittel (7) zum Abtrennen bedeckt und an diesen haftet.
3. Rolle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzhülle (14) aus Kunststoff besteht und eine Dicke von etwa 80 µm (80 Mikron) aufweist.
4. Rolle nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzhülle (14) aus Polyäthylen besteht.
5. Verfahren zur Herstellen einer Rolle aus aufgewickeltem steifen Band, das auf einem Darbietungselement aufgebracht ist, bestehend aus folgenden Schritten:
a) auseinanderbreiten und erwärmen einer dünnen Kunststoff-Schutzhülle, um diese zu straffen und zu erweichen,
b) anordnen eines porösen Substrats gegenüber der Schutzhülle, auf dem wenigstens eine Rolle aufgewickelten Bands angebracht ist,
c) anbringen der Kunststoff-Schutzhülle an dem Substrat und ansaugen unten durch das Substrat hindurch, um die Form der Rolle mit der Kunststoff-Schutzhülle einzuschliessen und die Rolle auf dem Substrat zu halten,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ende des Bands an der Innenseite der Rolle leicht herausgeführt und zum Austritt in Richtung der Schutzhülle derart ausgerichtet ist, dass während des Schrittes c) das Ende des Bands die Schutzhülle durchstösst und dadurch zugänglich wird.
6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man auf dem Substrat neben der Rolle aufgewickelten Bands ein Schneidwerkzeug anordnet, welches am Ende des Schrittes C) durch die Schutzhülle vollständig eingeschlossen und auf dem Substrat ohne zusätzliche Befestigungsmittel befestigt ist.
7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Verlauf des Schrittes c) das innere Bandende auf etwa 5 bis 10 mm in eine bezüglich des Substrats horizontale oder vertikale Stellung umgeknickt ist.
8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Substrat ein poröser Karton ist.
9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kunststoff-Schutzhülle aus Polyäthylen beispielsweise einer Dicke von etwa 80 µm (80 Mikron) besteht.
